This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short trip to the city and walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. Next time we come to the city we’ll be booking again!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and space was ample. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the bay. The outdoor facilities were wonderful and very peaceful, the view is wonderful. It is a short train ride to the city and car ride to Jones Beach. John is a wonderful host. So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Awesome place to stay. Convenient to the subway and the highway if you have a car! The place looked just like the pics. Very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Really nice flat in Mespeth, Queens. Expect a daily walk to the metro which is a 20 minute walk. There are some busses around as well that go to several nearby metro stations. Kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this place if you wanna enjoy New York off the beaten track.

Quaint place located in a neighbourhood with great Asian food options

Flor’s place was neat and well-maintained, making it a great spot to stay. He was also very helpful and easy to communicate with the whole time.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Tony's beautiful place. Very comfortable, modern, stylish, and well equipped. We felt right at home and had easy access to a great Brooklyn neighborhood. It was easy and quick to get into Manhattan. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

The process to check in was self check in and was clear and easy to do. The place was impeccably clean and very well decorated. The items in the Airbnb were well thought out and useful, (cooking utensils, salt & pepper, coffee, etc). The location was a nice neighborhood. There was a weather issue that occurred and Shekeva was incredibly professional and immediately responsive to the situation and my concerns. I would stay here again!

Great place for our 1 week stay to visit family in town. Easy access to public transportation. Great communication and clean, comfortable place to stay. Will definitely consider staying again next time we’re in town.

Great place for a concert at citi field. The walk was nice and straightforward.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

Jean was a wonderful host & was even flexible with our late check out request. The place was very clean and lots of amenities. The neighbourhood is a nice & beautiful area. Just a heads up travel to the Manhattan is always going to be an hour so keep that in mind when booking due to its location. We were happy with the place!

Very quiet street in the South Bronx. The place itself gives you plenty of privacy. You can take peaceful walks to one of the many Deli’s or grocery stores once you arrive. There a so many close by. Laundromats very close by as well if you need to use one. Tano and Clarissa even have a list of places they recommend as soon as you get inside. Subway is 6 minutes away that can get you to midtown in about 25 minutes. We went on this trip because we wanted to see games at Yankee stadium. And it is very convenient. You can go on subway to the game or even uber and it is not hard at all. Tano was very communicative with us. Any time we had a question he would answer right away. We would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was wonderful! The space was clean and cozy. The place being on the ground floor made it accessible for my grandparents and their walker/wheelchair even fit through all the doors. Mel is an excellent host and sent helpful texts & a video to help us check in. I really appreciated the spot as a place for my out of town family to stay during my wedding. They loved it! Thank you Mel!

Close to the subway and it fit us (five people) pretty well

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!
