For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

The property consists of a main villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate cottage with one bedroom and one bathroom, which can only be booked together (1200m2 plot). The housekeeper cleans the house and makes the beds from Monday - Friday. For power outages we have a backup system with Tesla batteries

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

The Level 3 penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or for some quiet R&R. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches and 12 Apostles. Most services and restaurants are located in the Camps Bay Mall about 2 min. by car and 10-15 min. to the city if walking to the Clifton beaches below. The Level 2 apt., a separate listing, (as seen on the map), is often preferred by guests or families who prefer extra space, chef's kitchen, dining patio and pool.
