40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 minutes to the center of the city. Uber reliable but not so much on major holidays. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE

Excellent location; hospital 5 min, central truck and commercial square 10 min, historic center 20 min, Oxxo, pharmacy and public transport one block away. 💯% familiar ENVIRONMENT. A quiet and prestigious area excellent for rest.

Excellent location, very central 3 min walk from the Bicentennial Cultural and Convention Center, and also within walking distance from Guadiana Park, Historic Center, Paseo Constitución where you will find restaurants, bars, souvenirs,banks,main offices. The house is cozy, it has two floors, you have a private bathroom inside the room , a spacious closet, the room is large with lots of light. Shared areas, TV room, kitchen, laundry room, terrace .

Olivia was very kind at all times. Even before we arrived at his house, he helped us find our way around the city. Her house is very familiar as she lives with her children which makes it more pleasant. The house is large, clean and quiet, which makes it more welcoming. She is diligent in following the house rules, which makes her even better. Thank you Olivia for your help and allowing us to stay at your house.
