Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Our house is in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 persons (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
