Cute and cozy apartment, the location is great and convenient.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable; I'd go back as there's a lot more to do in the immediate neighborhood and good walking in the surrounding area. We had a bit of street noise our first night (Friday of a holiday weekend), but even that quieted down around 10ish. A very pleasant stay. Oh, and Eric & Kate are terrific hosts. Super responsive and gracious -- even when I made a mistake that certainly inconvenienced them. Couldn't ask for better.

What a lovely place to stay--Stephanie's place was pristine, easy to get inside, and had all the essentials and more. I had a last-minute trip to DC and was lucky to find this place. One of the cleanest listings I've ever stayed in, I would happily stay here again!

Very enjoyable stay! Place was great, modern, spacious and well equipped! Host was friendly, and I could tell would’ve been happy to help but fortunately we’re quite familiar with DC so we didn’t need anything. Cabinets were stocked with helpful supplies, seasonings, etc! Really appreciated the water that was left for us in the fridge!! Neighborhood felt safe, walkable. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking like most areas in DC is a little scarce but we always found a spot down the street on 14th or around the block on Florida. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This is one of our favorite streets in DC and staying in Andrew's place reminded us just how much we love it! It's quiet and peacefull but with a few steps you find amazing restaurants, shops, DuPont Circle, famers markets and more! We stayed for Pride weekend and it was the perfect, cozy spot to get away from the crowds, cool off, and relax while people watching with our pup out the big beautiful window. :)

I really want the stay. The bed was really comfortable. It's very quiet. Extremely convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Really great stay in DC here. Host was extremely responsive to a number of things and questions we had before and during our stay. There were a few tiny hiccups in the apartment (shower drain), but easily resolved with messaging Markus. I also especially appreciated the fully supplied kitchen and things like olive oil, salt, coffee, tea, soaps, etc… available. (Some Airbnb’s really don’t have this much thought and care to these small things.) Bed is more firm than we’re used to, but was very comfortable. We didn’t stay much at the Airbnb but were perfectly comfortable there each time we stopped through whether for a break or for the evening!

Valerie’s place was great! In the heart of DC’s best neighborhood, well-appointed, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Top to bottom great experience here. Beautiful, well maintained apartment with top of the line amenities and appliances. Very clean spot that is on a very quiet street, even though it is so close to Dupont and great restaurants/nightlife. On the whole 10/10 experience I can't recommend this unit highly enough

We truly enjoyed our stay! We spent the weekend visiting the downtown sights and this location was perfect. It was about a mile walk down to the National Mall and the weather was great for walking. There were many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed breakfast at Ted's and had dinner at several of the other restaurants. The apartment was great and immaculate. It was quiet and very relaxing after long days of visiting museums and monuments. Having two separate bathrooms was also really nice. We didn't cook while on our stay, but if we had, the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances needed to do so. We had access to wifi and a TV for streaming movies. There were games and local information available as well as SmartTrip cards available to use on the Metro. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment.

What a fabulous place to stay! This is a fantastic location and a great home base for a trip in D.C. Everything went smooth and we had zero complaints. The host left very clear instructions and was super responsive to our messages. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly as advertised. Amenities were also exactly as described. My husband and I stayed for just under two weeks and we would definitely stay here again! It was also very easy to walk to many places, including the Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver Metro lines. This is a gem of a property!

Vincent’s place is in an ideal location one block away from stores and restaurants in Georgetown and only a few blocks away from Georgetown University where we were attending our reunion. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and outfitted, modern and very comfortable. We would love to come back next time we are visiting the area.

The host is respectful and helpful I liked his home a lot it’s warm and beautiful close to everything It’s luxury apartment and very clean I felt like I’m in my own home I highly recommended 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ :).

The venue is perfect for an attendee at a conference at the Gaylord convention centre. All accessible within a short walk.

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Katie went above and beyond. In town for the Cubs game and she made sure everything went great. Cant say enough about her. We will def consider again if back in DC. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Chris was very communicative, and the unit was in great condition in a nice area. Very convenient to DC, and there were plenty of places to eat in National Harbor.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

This was our second stay at Arsham’s place, and we can’t wait for another! This apartment is so comfortable and convenient, and Arsham is great. Highly recommend staying here!

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.
