One side we have 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The other side is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Both sides have separate entrances and decks. Enjoy the beautiful view while staying. You have access to entire house and yard except garage with this listing. This listing is for renting both sides. They do not connect.

Check out video walkthrough. This is a small apt with private entrance. It is part of a larger house that is also rented. There is no stove just a hot plate and a large counter top oven. There is a kitchen sink. Living area is two chairs. There is a private deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The yard and driveway are shared. There is potential to hear people next door. Currently no control over heat or AC. We keep at reasonable temp 68-75 and give a separate heater and fan.

This home is a house split in two and the other side is separate unit with its own exterior door. The units do not connect inside anymore and is double drywalled up over a locked metal door similar to connecting hotel rooms. Wonderful safe neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen for nearly anything you need.
