The beach is a 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The building is over 100 years old so it's not modern or fancy, just comfortable and affordable if that's what you're looking for.

Newly and completely rebuilt in 2021 with a gated entrance for two cars, and a large second floor patio that is covered and tastefully appointed. The pictures can speak for themselves!
