Asmina is a very kind, responsive and caring host. We disturbed her after 9:30 p.m. and she was available and very responsive despite everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. We'll be happy to go back. 🤩🤩

Beautiful apartment located in an atypical building. The accommodation is very well equipped and the view is superb. The roof terrace is really nice and allows you to fully enjoy your stay. The neighbors are very friendly. Check-in instructions are clear and the owner is very responsive. In summary, we had a very good stay and would happily come back.

Very special loft in Nieuwpoort Stad, centrally located, yet quiet. The space of the premises is generous and optimally used. The interior and exterior have an individual touch. It makes you think, yes, I would like to live here too. However, a steep narrow staircase to the living and outdoor area and another staircase without an outside railing to the sleeping area above. No problem for my 4-year-old grandson, but not suitable for older, disabled people. We got along very well.

Very pleasant accommodation where you feel good. Well located in a neighborhood with many local shops. 10-minute walk to the beach. No need for a car. I will come back without hesitation if I have the opportunity.

Beautiful typical northern house arranged in depth😍. Everything is there to make you have a pleasant stay. There were 7 of us and we had enough seats for everyone. Laure is very responsive and attentive. We did not have the opportunity to meet, but the telephone contact was a pleasure. the terrace and the outdoor patio are really nice. access is very easy with a key box. the parking is 20 meters from the house. I absolutely recommend this accommodation for a getaway in the north. we will certainly return soon with the greatest pleasure👍. Thanks again to Laure.😁

We took a family vacation in Middelkerke, there were also two smaller children. The apartment was big and spacious, there was enough space for everyone. It is well equipped with everything you need, especially the available sheets and towels are very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The beach is very accessible on foot, as well as grocery stores, bakeries, etc. A few meters from the property is a very inexpensive parking garage, which can be used well as a parking space for vehicles. The host made it very easy for us and was very cooperative and flexible from the start. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay. Beautiful weather made for a very pleasant weekend at the seaside. The house is beautifully decorated and the coziness is bursting out of it. Ruth gave us a very friendly personal welcome and gave a short, clear tour. We were also able to receive a handy list of useful and interesting references in advance. In summary: a top experience and certainly worth visiting again on a next weekend by the sea!

Fantastic, spacious house located just a stone’s throw from the centre of Koksijde. It had everything we needed and more, particularly if travelling with young children. Lots of toys and plenty of children’s tableware, etc. Helpful to be able to park 2 cars. Smart TV always a plus. Bernd always responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would love to return sometime.

for me had a return to the source , the accommodation is located outside the city which gives it charm like in the countryside and is very very quiet , a total change of scenery for those who come from the city and moreover the city center is not too far and there is everything you need not need to go for miles

Lovely apartment in a quaint and quiet neighborhood still very close to the beach and the main street. Check-in/out was easy, and Sarah and her husband were very accommodating and helpful with making suggestions for our visit. We'd love to stay here again on our next trip to De Panne.
