We visited the area on motorcycles so needed them to be secure so the garage was a bonus for sure. the house was perfect for our needs being clean, well presented and close to the areas we needed to visit. the location was superb.

An oasis of peace in the middle of a big city. Despite being in transit, a wonderful stay with a real holiday feeling. 10/15 minutes walk to the beach, with many beautiful restaurants/beach bars. In short, we really enjoyed it.

Perfect! The house is very pleasant to live in and tastefully decorated. It is clean and has two bathrooms (which is convenient for 7). It is very close to the sea and it is very easy to park. We'll be happy to go back!

We were warmly welcomed by Stephane's mom. Stephane came to greet us a little later. In the house is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. Stephane is a great and very nice host. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been traveling almost exclusively with AirBnb for years, but there are few places where you have a host as caring as Lucie. In this accommodation you feel at home when you arrive, the bed was so comfortable that I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that I spent almost 11 hours there without waking up the first night, which is rather rare. As a host, I believe that Lucie in everyday life is the kind of person you would like to have as a friend. As for this city, it is as charming as your host. One of the peculiarities of Dunkirk is the kindness of its inhabitants in this city rocked by many stories and funny facts, such as the statue of Jean Bart which, by miracle, was saved from the bombings of the Second World War, when all the buildings around it were 85% destroyed. We had a pleasant stay. Facing the sea, very pleasant for morning walks. The accommodation is welcoming, very well located and nothing is missing. In addition, public transport is free and makes it very easy to visit Dunkirk and its surroundings. Martine advised and guided us from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend everyone to enjoy this pied-à-terre.

Clear instructions on arrival and parking in garage (although it is very narrow to drive in). Everything is kept clean and the beds are nicely made. Garden with some chairs available. Within walking distance of the beach, dike and shops. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Nice, fairly new apartment in an old building. When you walk into the building, you don't expect such a new apartment. It is all brand new, functional and clean. Outside the terrace is also nice. The neighborhood is reasonably neat, and you can walk to the ports and shops, so it is very central.

We had a nice long weekend right by the sea. The apartment is lovingly furnished and the balcony with the view are a dream. The check-in worked very well with the descriptions and Virginie asked if everything worked and if everything was okay. We can very well imagine taking a vacation here again.

As a family with 4 children, we enjoyed both the accommodation and the location! The house is neat, clean and equipped with every comfort. It is mainly furnished for families with young children, but everyone will feel at home here. Beautifully located on the boulevard with a phenomenal view of the beach and the sea. We agree with the content of the positive reviews that have already been mentioned. As a supplement, the cordless vacuum cleaner is a very fine addition to quickly go through the house to clean everything again. Instruction and communication with the host was timely, to the point and friendly. We highly recommend the house to anyone who wants to get away from it all and enjoy it carefree. Stayed 5 days at Christophe’s very clean home which has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location overlooking the marina, quiet, with plenty of free parking out front and only a short walk into town or to the wide expanse of Calais beach. Great communication from Christophe and he was also able to be flexible with my arrival and departure times due to a gap in bookings. Overall I’d definitely be happy to stay here again

The accommodation offered by François is identical to the description. At the foot of the dunes, with a small view of the sea. The terrace is perfect for breakfast or an aperitif😊. There are little extras like beach games for children (we didn't use them but it's nice for parents), a windbreak, an umbrella, etc. The bedding is of excellent quality, and very comfortable.
