Love, love, love Maggie’s place! Beautiful decor, comfortable mattresses, and fantastic shower with great shower pressure. Maggie has thought of everything. There are helpful notes tucked away everywhere you need them. The view of trees from every window had it feeling like an oasis close to everything. The tall windows in every room bring in so much light and the heating system still kept us warm. Both so important here in St Andrews! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. Bruce came to let us in which was helpful. The location is ideal for golfers and visitors to St Andrews. It all worked out very well for us and would recommend the flat!

Little Rosslyn is a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. with space to sif outside too. We really enjoyed our stay and the info folder was very helpful and easy confsct with Emma. Situated in a lovely village with local amenities, we would stay here again, oh and the fact you can bring your dog is great too.

Very well located, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Great to be in Perth for the Arts Festival too. Don't miss Branklyn Gardens - unexpected highlight of our visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Stacy/Gregs place! It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that gave us (and our dogs) the perfect break from the hustle and bustle. The property was spacious, spotless, and really well set up for dog owners. The private courtyard was a standout feature—fully secure and perfect for letting the dogs enjoy some fresh air safely. The bed was super comfy too, which made for a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area. Stacy was a brilliant host—friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about both two- and four-legged guests. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Derby was great! She was very welcoming and always quick to respond to my questions. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the location was wonderful. We were an easy walk to everything. We would definitely stay here, again.

My friends and I stayed at Angela’s for the weekend and had a fantastic time - the airbnb is right on the harbour with both bedrooms and the living room facing the pier. The place was spotless, extremely well equipped, with one of the cosiest living rooms I’ve been to in an airbnb (we even managed to watch the sunrise from its comfort). The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Angela was friendly and responsive. If you’ve never been to saint Andrews before or want to bask in nostalgia and history by the sea this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming again!

This was our home base for our golf trip which included stops in Carnoustie and St Andrews and a few others along the way. we had everything we needed to stay in and cook, do some golf laundry and relax on lazy days in the backyard. the bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. the local Larick Cafe was great for breakfast, but doesn't open til 10. it is of note that most local food spots in Tayport weren't open on Monday and Tuesday so plan ahead to takeout or eat in! Mary kindly left a personalized note of recommendations on what to do when we weren't golfing and the little amenities in the house like coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were wonderful! thanks for a great trip! 100% recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It had absolutely everything we needed—fully equipped and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard was a real highlight: spacious, well-kept, and perfect for our dog to run around and play. It’s an ideal spot for families. The beach is less than a 5 min drive, with convenient parking right at the beach. The location is very peaceful and quiet, which made for restful nights. The place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely, cozy bedding. It made a perfect base for exploring the area—we took trips to the Arbroath Cliffs, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, and even ventured into Fife. Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and well-equipped home away from home in a beautiful part of Scotland!

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

Had a great stay. Place was tidy and there was a high chair available for our youngan. Great location that's walkable to everything in Broughty Ferry. Parking on the street is limited, but plenty nearby along the waterfront.

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

We stayed at Jennifer's place between Christmas and New Year. The house is really lovely, well equipped and very spacious - perfect for our family group of 8 people. Loved the fireplaces in the living room and main bedroom and big supply of firewood - which made the house really cozy. The main bathroom is huge and has an absolutely gigantic bath. The loft room is another highlight, with beautiful views and lots of space. The location is fantastic - right next to the beach and with some of the rooms having a wonderful view towards the sea. The centre of town is a 5 to 10 minute walk away and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. within easy reach. The booking and any queries we had were handled by Leigh-Anne and she was super-efficient, warm and helpful. We are definitely hoping to return the next time we are all in Scotland again and would very much recommend.

My first time using Airbnb. Not sure what to expect…. However everything was perfect , a real home from home . Great communication from host throughout. Property spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should . Highly recommended

Anne and Guy’s stay was beautiful and just as seen in the photos, if not better! Stunning water view from the back garden and walkable location to restaurants. After a day of driving, we decided to order takeaway from Little Moon which was delicious and a walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Bartek sent us all the check-in information early. The apartment was very clean, very tastefully furnished. Restaurants and a large supermarket are within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I stayed in this lovely cottage for 2 nights! When we arrived we were immediately impressed with the little garden area with flowers. The keycode worked first time and the cottage was lovely and clean, we settled in right away! There was everything we needed, the shower had excellent pressure and a comfy bed. We loved the little cut through all the way into town, very convenient. We didn't have a car but we might next time so it is great to know there is parking available. We would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family! Thank you so much and hopefully we will be back in Saint Andrews again soon x

Lee’s place was great! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Looks exactly how it’s presented and was the perfect pit stop to rest and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan's lovely flat. Everything was so clean and quirky with all the little nods to it's location. The welcome hamper was such a welcome unexpected surprise too. We found everything really well appointed, the standout for me was the separate bath which has become increasingly rare nowadays wherever you stay. The private garden and parking space too was a boon, and again, hard to come by in properties at that price point. I also appreciated the supering size bed, as we will not stay anywhere with anything less. Thanks Susan and The Property Girls for a lovely stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
