Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dundee

Loved my stay in Birnam. Karen and Bob made me feel completely at home in their house and were really helpful with the problem I had experienced with my bike. Really nice breakfast too. Thank you.

Lesley and her husband were really nice and friendly. The room was easy to get access to, without having to bother them. it was clean and the facilities were excellent. would recommend.

Bruce and Karen’s home was so peaceful and beautiful! They just put in new carpet and it’s beautiful so please be respectful and take off your shoes once in the studio. The bed was really comfortable and the bed even had a mattress cover that was an electric mattress cover! That was a lovely surprise even though the studio is very well insulated. Karen made some muffins and she even remembered that I’m a low diabetic 1 so she was so kind and put less sugar in the muffins and they were so delicious! The Lavender body wash and shampoo and conditioner that Karen left for us to use in the shower smelled so good and is all natural product as well! Karen gave us some great recommendations around town and we just felt at home in the neighborhood and loved our stay with them! We would definitely stay with them again! We had a great stay, the rooms were a fabulous set up for us travelling as a group of 3. The rooms were clean and cosy, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, we slept really well. you can walk to central St Andrews in 15 minutes. Qin left us plenty of breakfast items which was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Midge’s place! Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay with our 1 year old daughter, even sitting up a crib, a booster sit, and kid friendly plates and cutlery for breakfast. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and their home is beautiful. Saw a deer in the morning crossing the field behind the house!

The property and location were perfect. The host, Jamie, was very good at responding if we had any queries and was proactive at providing us with recommendations prior to arrival. Would definitely return!

Friendly and helpful hostess. A bit of the grid when it came to bus connections etc, but Janice took us up the road the time we needed it.

Moira and Stuart were generous hosts and made us feel right at home! Especially appreciated the delicious fresh cooked breakfast. Hope to stay with them again next time we’re in St Andrews!

This was my 3rd stay at Mandy's and as always it was pleasant—clean and cozy. The location is great—outside the busyness of the city proper, but within a 10 minute bus ride to local attractions. It is quiet, safe, and peaceful with an excellent view of the Tay. Mandy is friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely friendly host and went the extra mile to add in breakfast items and basic food supplies which meant we could relax with breakfast in the morning. Fantastic views across Dundee and the River Tay too. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay and nice flat in a perfect location. The only minor point was that 2 bedrooms were up a very steep set of ladder-stairs.

This is a beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished and in a lovely, quiet but central location. And with a fun garden. Check-in was easy and the hosts were extremely generous in leaving food and drink for us on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had a very good stay at Heathpark House. Very interesting place. Chris and Meg are great hosts. Breakfasts were amazing. Will stay there again if I am again in that area.

Liz and Charlie were absolutely fabulous hosts. So helpful and attentive! We felt so at ease staying with them. Their B&B is beautifully decorated and has the most relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Well worth staying in if you’re planning to explore Scotland. We can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast is generous and we enjoyed chatting with them around a cup of coffee. The room is spacious and quiet, the bed is very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Chris and Meg were the best hosts! We had such a wonderful night stay in their home. We wished so much we could stay longer, and if we're ever back in the area again we are definitely going to try to tay with them! They were extremely welcoming and lovely to chat to. The bathroom and bedroom were both squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy, and the home was in a very quiet area. You could tell a lot of thought and care went into everything. The bed was so comfortable! I think we had our best night's sleep there of our whole trip, and definitely the best breakfast too. Chris and Meg served us a delicious breakfast the next morning before we left! We would recommend them to anyone!

We had a lovely time at Heathparkhouse. Chris and Meg made us feel at home straightaway. It is a beautiful house, and the interior is amazing. We had the best breakfast of our entire holiday in Schotland. Would definitely book this accommodation.

As advertised! If you are coming to play golf, Pam is a wealth of knowledge- her traditional Scottish breakfast is NOT to be missed- loved all of it.

It's everything you'd expect from and hotel, but in a price that isn't really hotel-like. You got nice beds, a clean bathroom with a decent shower and a bar down the stairway. So perfect for having a nice drink a quick pool and then you can basically fall directly in the bed. It was really charming. Just know you have to go through the pub entry if no one's answering the doorbell. :) It was a great stay.

Sheila and Ian are such wonderful hosts, my partner and I felt absolutely comfortable with them. They gave great recommendations about which places to explore in the area, and were incredibly welcoming and friendly. If you can stay with them, do!
