We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Vera Marta is an exquisite person, the house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet place, I highly recommend it! If we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

We thank Roberto for his welcome. Very responsive if you have any questions during your stay. The accommodation is very well located, protected and quiet. The transport line for Venice is very close. (Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very pleasant, the private garden is a very appreciable plus, the house is very well maintained, well arranged, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

Everything wonderful and great location! The private beach is an absolute bonus! Germania was always available and always responded. All without problems, we would come back! Thank you. Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.

Francesca's apartment is beautiful and unique. It is located halfway between the train station and St Mark's Square. We like the grocery store Conad just around corner. We had a wonderful time in Venice. Thank you, Francesca!
