Holiday rentals with a patio in Duna Verde

O espaço era extremamente agradável assim como o Alessandro, sempre disponível a ajudar e dar dicas. Único ponto negativo, para nós que queríamos visitar o centro de Veneza foi, de facto, a localização. De resto nada a apontar, recomendo muito a quem queira visitar a zona de Dolo, Veneto e Padova!

Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Von A bis Z mehr als nur zufrieden. Ich glaube sogar Tiziano ist der Beste Gastgeber in ganz Venedig :) wir kommen wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat Charme, ist schön und hat eine optimale Zimmeraufteilung, die außerdem geräumig ist. Alles wirkt sauber und gepflegt, mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und sie hat Charakter und enthält Kleinigkeiten, die Geschichten erzählen. Auch der Außenbereich ist nett gestaltet mit einem Garten, Liegestuhl und Sitzmöbel mit einem großem modernen Schirm als Schattenspender, und weiteres. Es gibt sogar ein Carport, was wirklich von Vorteil ist. Die Besitzer, die oberhalb der Unterkunft privat wohnen, sind zwei Menschen, die das Herz am rechten Fleck haben. Sie sind unglaublich sympathisch, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar, interessiert, großzügig, lebensfroh und inspirierend. Sie haben diesen Aufenthalt, der sowieso schon total schön war, perfekt gemacht. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass zwei besondere Menschen hier etwas Besonderes aufgebaut haben und besondere Momente schenken, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage war in meinem Fall auch optimal. Danke!

Sandro und Kristina haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber/wie auf den Fotos und in guter Lage. Strand war zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

Dette er et paradis, noe ut på landet (country side) men det er fredelig og ikke langt fra sentrum, med bil eller sykkel. Utrolig kjekt opphold og fantastisk vert! snakker godt engelsk. Har følt oss som hjemme her!

Апартаменты находятся на первой линии. Зонтик и лиги входят в стоимость. Балкон отличный. На нем можно и покушать и позагорать. Есть и стол со стульями и лиги! Хозяева быстро и любезно отвечали на все вопросы. И всегда шли на контакт.В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Парковка доступна бесплатно на улице, около апартаментов. Хотели снова приехать в июле, но уже все забронировано. Спасибо Lucia и Roberta за приятное общение и внимание!

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De locatie en het huis zijn echt prachtig. Alles is heel netjes onderhouden en schoon. Absolute aanrader!!!

Very nice place with lots of room. A little outside the bustle of central Venice but still easily accessible with busses and trains.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, everything was super clean and clearly well taken care of. One of the best parts was the private parking, which made things so convenient. The host was kind and exceptionally thoughtful, anticipating everything a guest might need. From small touches to practical amenities, it was clear a lot of care went into making the stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Très agréable logement et très typique, dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart du brouhaha du centre ville, proche d'une petite place ou on peut trouver toutes les commodités (supérette, restaurant, boulangerie, glacier, primeur local ..) et une superbe terrasse dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter (météo !!)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été parfait, avec un hôte très sympathique, disponible et chaleureux. Le logement est exactement comme sur l’annonce : propre, confortable et très accessible. Les moustiquaires installées à toutes les fenêtres sont un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les informations claires et précises fournies sur l’accès à Venise, ce qui nous a permis de bien organiser nos visites. Petit bonus très apprécié : un joli cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ennios Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und gleichzeitig genießt man die Ruhe des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen, egal ob in der kleinen Bar um die Ecke, im Restaurant oder im tollen Fischladen nebenan. Wir haben es genossen, den Abend auf dem kleinen Balkon zu verbringen. Bei einem Glas Wein oder Prosecco (lieben Dank Ennio) schaut man auf die Boote in der Marina und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Für uns der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
