Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Cozy modern bungalow 2021-2022 rebuild bungalow for 4 people, modern with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and covered outdoor terrace. Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
