Holiday rentals with a patio in Duisburg

Very nice place and the owner has a superb coffee shop downstairs!

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

The stay with Hans-Hubertus was consistently pleasant and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and beautifully located - perfect for a relaxing break. The polite and helpful manner of the host is particularly positive. They felt welcome right away. Thank you for the hospitality – absolutely recommended!

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast - all information arrived on time, and Hans was always available for questions. The accommodation was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We found the courtyard (great for breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings particularly beautiful. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. Valentina's apartment is beautiful and in a lovely area. Clean and cozy with an amazing balcony looking into the treetops, where we saw birds and squirrels. Very nice to have plenty of essentials supplied like tea and coffee. Very comfy bed. Fantastic supermarket nearby and lots of other shops and cafes all walkable. And lovely parks nearby and an easy walk to the centre. Thank you very much Valentina!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Ulrike's house is the best place we've stayed in Europe in so many years (maybe not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes you feel the beauty of being in nature. At the same time, Ulrike and her family are very kind and friendly, friendly and enthusiastic, and can always help us solve any housing problems in time. At the same time, the free time will give us the opportunity to prepare local specialty pastries and food, which is great👍. In short, we had a wonderful holiday at Ulrike's house, and we will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future, and we also strongly recommend other friends to stay at their house if they have the chance🏠👍👍

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

I had very good stay. Pretty house, warm host, beautiful garden, everything is awesome.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there. I had such a clean place to stay in Oberhausen for the first time. How to enjoy your holiday!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality !

Wonderfully quiet and separate small apartment with all the trimmings, great bathroom with great shower, we liked it again, except for the weather, but Frank can't help it!

Great location and cozy modern ground level apartment. Super clean and you have everything you need. Beautiful views as well and walkable to the lake.

Cara was very friendly, always communicated reliably, We liked the apartment very much, the price is great! The small terrace with the large pass-through window to the kitchen was the cozy highlight for us on the sunny warm days in the morning and evening:) Ideally located for an extended weekend to explore the industrial culture between Duisburg and Dortmund, and at the same time in the idyllic old town Kern for a few minutes on foot over the beautiful Ruhr... And it went very well with Cara's apartment! Thank you:)

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
