Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dugi Rat

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

Very nice and large accommodation with private pool. Everything you needed was at the accommodation, super smooth check-in and check-out and very nice host! Everything was also clean and the rooms were large and fresh.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Vila Lipa , what a Dream get away , car essential , wonderful hosts and we wanted for nothing. the accomodation is perfect for relaxing in the warm summer heat of Dalmatia. An abundance of great places to eat and plenty of activities near by makes for a great holiday location. Asjas property is a wonderful example of the local architecture and made for a great place to to stay relax and play. 5 stars throughout for our wonderful host and their property .

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Stunning Villa in a beautiful location with sea views. The house was great for a three-family stay. Suitable for getting together and privacy, all with their own bathrooms, among other things. A fine sand seaside is just around the corner. Omis' charming village within walking distance. Friendly and helpful contact Sanja contactable and available throughout the trip. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Smooth process, there were no problems. We had a great time. The host was always easy to reach, responded quickly and was very friendly.

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

What a wonderful villa! Perfect in every way. The Trogir area was amazing and the locals were so nice. Thank you for having us as your guests. Would 100% recommend both the amazing villa and the area.

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift from the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and the host briefed us and gave us tips on local attractions. We'll be back!
