Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 5 acre property. This is 1 of 3 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.

We had a wonderful stay with family (4 adults and 6 teenagers). The house is exactly as described and pictured. A great place to unplug, unwind and explore by boat. Love that the property is on a quiet cove. The dock is wonderful. We rented a boat so it was perfect. The screened in porch was a perfect place for morning coffee. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our time at Ride the Line. The cabin had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for our group to stay in the cabin and also plenty of driveway room to park two gooseneck trailers. Close to multiple trails and the owner was knowledgeable of the trials. If we had any questions the owner was very responsive and helpful.
