With a beautiful view of the sea as well as the islands, this apartment has the most beautiful view in Duce. The apartment has all the necessary things to make your vacation more worry-free; a TV (Netflix), air conditioning, a mini kitchen with a stove and a microwave. This apartment has one large double bed and one single bed, which can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. There is a parking lot in the yard of the house.

Enjoy amazing sea view from apartment balcony. Our apartment is located in beautiful seaside place Dugi Rat which is great connected with cities of Split and Omiš. We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Apartment is very interesting because it is situated only 2 minutes by walk from the beach. It is good for couples and families with kids because it has a big terrasse 35 m2 long so they have enough space for enjoying sunbathing and kids can play safely. Only 2 km by car is situated small mediterran city Omiš wich has pirate tradition and everything in that sign. You can enjoy local mediterran food in plenty of restaurants all the way to Omiš and also in the city. The Airport is 35 km far.

This is one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s bigger than it looks and the view from the upper floor is incredible. The villa has everything you need and more, so well stocked which is hugely helpful when staying just for a week. Every bathroom had a good supply of bath and hand towels and all beautifully decorated. So much thought has gone into this villa. The pool table was a huge hit and a great idea to have it in the huge living area which meant we used it a lot! The outside area is fantastic, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and a great temperature. The shaded seating area is wonderful with lots of space and full shade for any time of the day. Thank you to Marija and Ivan who were so helpful and welcoming. Marija always replied quickly to my questions and Ivan greeted us at the villa and provided lots of information and contacts which were very helpful. Fantastic hosts, can’t recommend highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay! Before checking in, the host called us and offered an earlier check-in time. The room was clean and cozy. Everything was in excellent condition, and it was clear that it had been recently renovated. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary items, and a crib was prepared for our child. As a complimentary gesture, cold drinks awaited us in the fridge. The room had access to a courtyard where our child could play. There was also parking available for our car. The hosts were kind and friendly people!

Adriagate is not a person, it is an Agency and they were late to send me contact number. I needed to ask neighbors about the Owner's number. But the Owner is a great man, so friendly and comunicative - I got all I needed in a second from him. I hope that he will change the agency for booking via arbnb. Place is perfect, location the best. People so friendly. I will be back!
