Waterfront holiday rentals in Dubrovačko Primorje

We arrived early but were well welcomed. We went food shopping and walked around Stone to return to an available, clean and ready place for us. The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything worked well (shower presseure, AC...) except the frizer wasn't very cold. The place is spacious and we enjoyed the outside seating area. There is a small pebble bay where we could swim. I wouldn't call it a beach but it was very close (walk 1 min.) and the water was refreshing and clean. Perfect at the end of a hot day. Only three restaurants near by but there is another small town (3-5 min drive with paid parking) that has a Tommy store and many touristic restaurants. We had a nice stay and reccomend it to someone that wants a place away from the crowd.

Mein Freund und ich waren 6 Nächte bei Renato in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit hausgemachtem Schnaps und Snacks in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hält alles bereit, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung bleibt auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen kühl, eine Klimaanlage ist aber auch vorhanden. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist ein Traum - ob aus dem Schlafzimmer, den Terrassen oder dem Wohnzimmer. Wir haben viele Stunden dort verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Neben den entspannenden Terrassen gab es auch einen privaten Meerzugang, der zwei Liegen bereit hält. Renato war die ganze Zeit erreichbar. Bei An- und Abreise hatten wir nette Gespräche mit wertvollen Tips zur Umgebung (viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis einer halben Stunde zu erreichen). Bei der Abreise brachte uns Renato noch eine Snacktüte für die Weiterfahrt. Sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were two families with a 17 year old and a 4 year old. The place was peaceful, serene and the outdoor area was fantastic. The family lives upstairs and you have the whole ground floor to yourself. The bed was a bit hard (preference topic). The home was very clean & towels smelled wonderful. Pool was perfect size. We can highly recommend eating at Daria‘s family restaurant. That was an absolute highlight. Thank you for the peaceful & calming stay. We all very much appreciated the beauty, well designed space & hospitality. The largest supermarket is about 35+ mins away and a car is needed. However, the local Ston town has some nice restaurant options, smaller supermarkets, and a lovely wall to walk early in the morning.

Danke für den wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in Slano. Der Blick aufs Meer von den 2 Balkonen aus ist wunderschön, vom Grundstück führt eine Treppe direkt zum Meer und wir durften direkt vor der Tür beim Carport parken. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern, schön eingerichtet und hohe Decken. Die Matratze könnte etwas gemütlicher sein (da sind wir aber auch empfindlich) und die Küche ist wie auf den Bildern (ohne Ofen oder Mikrowelle, aber auch das war kein Problem für uns). Die Co-Gastgeberin war per Textnachricht oder Anruf erreichbar und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Pluspunkt für die niedlichen Schildkröten im Garten. :) Auf der Uferpromenade 2 Minuten ortseinwärts kann man an einem kleinen Strand beim Restaurant Strandliegen ausleihen und auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren Anfang Juni kurz vor der Hauptsaison da, für uns perfekt. Diese Unterkunft kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! :)

belle surprise en arrivant, un couple nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Superbe appartement avec 2 très grandes chambres, un grand salon cuisine 2 toilettes une salle de bain dans une des chambres appartement climatisé !!!! le linge est très propre ainsi que la vaisselle. 2 balcons avec une vue magnifique je reviendrai avec plaisir 🤗👍

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful location next to nice beach, sea amazing for swimming. House is great, 4 bedroom and two bathrooms on first floor, clean and comfortable, with AC in corridor, fans on bedrooms. Separate TV room.. Separate kitchen in adjoining building to side, good facilities including a fire/bbq. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly throughout. Close to ston which had several bars restaurants and shops. Thank you !!

We have spent a very nice time at Ana's apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place by the see (first line) it is the place for you. It is a very nice place to chill on the sun bed reading a book or just lie and look at the beautiful see view. If you like to visit one day during your stay more crowaded spots you can always go to Dubrovnik which is very close. It is a very good starting point to explore not only Dubrovnik but also Pelješac peninsula which is georgious. Ana and her daughter are very nice and friendly hosts. I recommend this place without any doubts. I hope to visit you one more time. Thank you for delicious vegetables from your garden:]

How to start... The Host: Drago was the perfect Host from the first contact to the last goodbye... He was simultaneously there and not there, he was always reachable when we had questions, yet we always had the place to ourselves. The Apartment: We had everything we asked for and more. The Rooms were clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed frequently, and the view was amazing. And there was the Dog of the Owner that came to visit us at least once a day (Drago asked us on arrival if we liked Dogs, or if we are afraid of them... but we are big dog lovers, so we told him to he could roam the area) The Location: The Apartment is Located ~5 Km Outside of Slano, directly at the Road, to get there you must drive down a steep ramp. That ramp might look scary at first, but it's quite easy to drive once you try it. We really enjoyed our time at Drago's places and regretted it when it was time to leave.

The house is located directly on the sea and is a wonderful place to relax and sunbathe, the clear water invites you to swim and snorkel. For a small extra charge of ten euros per day you can rent a dinghy for two people. The terrace gives a great view of the sea and the opposite island. The road on the mountain above the house is well traveled but not disturbing. The house itself is very well equipped, the living areas are air conditioned. The location is excellent, in 30 minutes you can be in Dubrovnik. The neighboring village Slano is only five minutes away by car, there is a bakery, supermarket, small restaurants and water sports. Ane and her family are very good hosts, very friendly and always available by phone or in person. All in all, a great location that we are very happy to recommend!!!

Davor et Kate sont des hôtes prévenants, sympathiques et discrets! Leur maison est très bien placée et calme, d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous nous réjouissons de notre prochain séjour chez eux.

Dom jest położony na końcu małej urokliwej nadmorskiej wioski Broce tuż przy morzu. Jest tutaj bezpośredni dostęp do morza,kilka metrów od domu. Dom ma niepowtarzalny klimat, dostępny jest taras, leżaki, stoły z parasolem ogrodowym grill, rowery górskie, kajaki oraz deski do pływania.Miejsce jest klimatyczne, spokojne,urocze. Można tu odpocząć i zrelaksować się.

Het was een geweldige week die al begon bij de aankomst. Er stond een fles wijn klaar en er lagen leuke verassingen tot en met iets te eten in de koelkast! Het appartement is zeer volledig en alles is netjes en schoon. Karolina heeft alles goed geregeld en zorgt goed voor haar gasten. Met Davor, de broer van Karolina ben ik gaan vissen op Dorade's en dat was een mooie ervaring. Luka is daarnaast een mooi en rustig vissersplaatsje waar je graag heen gaat voor de rust. Top vakantie gehad!

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso Vacation House More, ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Dal momento del mio arrivo, Lenci e Marin hanno fatto di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort e la mia soddisfazione, sempre dispobili e gentili. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per vivere, i negozi nella locality vicina a soli 4 min di macchina e città di Dubrovnic a 40 min di macchina. La posizione privilegiata sulla spiaggia ha reso questa vacanza indimenticabile, terrazza con vista al mare che permetteva ammirare il panorama,non vedo l'ora di tornare. Altamente raccomandato!

Castri illius maris is a beautiful house with lovely surroundings. Ivan and Antonela are perfect hosts who has helped us create a truly memorable vacation.

Amazingly peaceful location, perfect getaway! Lots of time spent swimming in the private bay (water was warm!) and exploring the local area. House is spacious and the outside area is perfect for relaxing and dining. Host was so friendly and helpful. Available if we needed anything but also left us to enjoy our stay! Would definitely recommend this location for those who want to escape it all and have their own space for relaxation

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'hôte est très accueillant. Le logement est idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer et beaucoup de végétation, de quoi se sentir pleinement en vacances. Le logement était propre et bien agencé, il possède la climatisation ce qui n'est pas une option dans ce beau pays ensoleillé. Je recommande !

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Martin's apartement. The house is new and the place is well furnished, we felt straight away at home. The size of the apartement was really good and there were even two balconies with a beautiful view to the little harbour and hill. The village was really quiet as it was still off season. There is one convenient store right next door, bigger supermarkets are a short drive away. Martin was really friendly in communication, check in went quick and smoothly. We can recommend staying at these apartements, it's a try beautiful place.
