This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Quiet, luxurious 400 square feet in-law unit (1 Bedroom/1 Bath) located in the beautiful Dublin Ranch Golf Club. The in-law suite is part of a bigger house but is completely private with a separate entrance. The studio has quality furnishings including a queen bed, dresser, office desk & chair, couch, and flat screen TV. While there is no full kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge & a microwave in the unit. We have Disney+, Hulu and Netflix for you to enjoy. No pets please.

Pros : quiet area. It was overall great for one week stay asking through the area. It was my first time booking a condo on Airbnb but it wasn’t any hassle , you can a parking pass and parking was abundant. The area is very car centric but Livermore center is close. The room was big - it’s a master bedroom. Cons : It would be better to have a freezer/fridge combo. Didn’t really like he sheet texture and the fragrances used in them. If you like TV, it’s there but tiny.

I loved my stay with Yun ❤️. She is very proactive, friendly and responsive. I checked in close to midnight and she still responded to me. My room was very clean and well-maintained and the bed was VERY comfortable, I fell asleep within seconds. You will find very clear instructions through the house. Her house is located on East Bay and San Francisco City is an hour away by BART train ride. I used to take the train to get to the city and I got to admire the beautiful Californian suburban areas. Overall, a well-priced and beautiful stay. I definitely recommend and would love to come back soon!! ✨️🌴❤️ Thank you Yun!!! Coming back home to your place felt amazing!! ❤️❤️

This is my second time at Lisa’s place. Her place is beautiful and lots of privacy. I enjoyed my stay there and she is a great host. The room has your own refrigerator and microwave. The neighborhood is safe. I highly recommended Lisa’s place.
