Detached 1930 built studio located at the back of the property with it's own private entrance and 1 car parking space in front of it. Tile floors through out, a coat closet, a kitchenette with a stove and microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a refrigerator, dining bar counter with 2 chairs, TV cabinet, a small sofa and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a sink vanity, a toilet and a shower. TV with free wifi streaming services, local channels, no cable, a ceiling fan, AC/heating system.

Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

I stayed in the area for a music festival. I was going with friends that already lived in the area so I found a place I can stay on my own. - Location was great! The festival I was going to was in Pasadena which is not a far drive from this location. There are a lot of great options for food which is usually my focal point when looking for places to stay. The home itself is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood so it's very easily accessible. - Home! I really enjoyed the space. Wei keeps it nice and tidy which helped me relax especially when coming back from the music festival. The bed in the room I have is FIRM! So I wanted to point that out. If it's not for you, you may be uncomfortable, but I prefer firm beds more~ It helps my back relax. I also really enjoyed the bathroom. They have those showerheads that simulate rainforest. Again, so nice to use after a long day at the music festival. I would love to stay in this home again if the opportunity rose!

What a lovely little place! You'll have the space to yourself with everything you could need: laundry, coffee, wardrobe, microwave, water, air fryer, and of course a nice bed. We loved the town as well. You'll find easy access to all sorts of shops. Highly recommend! Our host was responsive and kind.

This was my second stay with Michelle and Mike- and because I learned the first time it's not just a comfortable, clean and nice looking space, but a perfect location. It's easily walkable to downtown Monrovia with its many restaurants and bars including 4 ice cream parlors, Von's, a movie theater, post office, beautiful park, library and a GoldLine station with service to Union Station in downtown LA. This time I got to know Michelle better because she was so helpful with last minute plan changes due to my family's unexpected health crisis. She and partner Mike are immediate communicators and make staying in their place as private as any guest could want. I have close family in Monrovia and absolutely going forward this will be my home base. It's availability even played into my travel plans.
