We loved our stay and had such a great long weekend. The view was stunning, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and spa were perfect. Kim was fantastic with communication and made everything super easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well thought out place to stay.

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home is nestled in the lap of nature, with breathtaking surroundings that make you feel on top of the world. The kids loved the open space, and the stargazing at night was magical. A truly memorable experience, made even better by a lovely and welcoming host. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Love the location and we had the best views of the night skies from the Spa. Felt right at home and great place in a little beautiful town. Thank you for the stay it was wonderful.

Perfect place for the weekend. Had everything we needed including up and downstairs heating. Lovely and clean. Nice neighborhood, close to the highway, local shops and food spots with the added bonus of a little rural view out the back. Would definitely recommend ✨️

Really enjoyed my stay here!. The location is perfect, it’s close to some shops and about a 20-30 minute drive to downtown. The place was very clean and organized, and the host was very responsive. The only drawback of this place is that it can get quite hot upstairs. It cools down at night with the windows open, but I wouldn’t recommend staying up there during the day. Another thing that didn’t bother us, but might be important for others, is that if you're sensitive to noise, this place is located right behind a train track, and you'll hear some noise when the train passes by.

Our family of five (locals to the area already) stayed here for two weeks. We felt right at home with the privacy that the unit provided and the friendly neighbors. We love the easy access to the walking and bike track, and coffee was only a short walk away at Bunnings. Kane was extremely informative regarding the property and communication was fantastic. We would book here again in a heart beat.

This place was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire month long trip to NZ! The suite itself was lovely with lots of extra amenities but it was the incredible host that made it such a wonderful experience. Sam is so thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! We felt like we were staying at a neighbours place :)

A place that captured your heart and would stick in your memories for as long as you live. Everyone in my family including my elderly mom in-law loved the place so much till we were reluctant to leave. The house was very clean and furnitures were well maintained. The view from the house was just stunning! Suyun was very accommodating and responded promptly whenever I had things to enquire. Thank you so much for your hospitality and a great place to stay!

Me and my family booked Lawrences place for the long weekend. It was lovely! We walked in and the place was really clean and well decorated. We utilised the spacious kitchen, the beds were really comfortable. We all had such good sleeps, and overall we had an amazing stay! Thank you Lawrence for having us :)

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Loved our stay here. Katie and Dan were friendly and responsive. The home was exactly as pictured and described and perfect for both the kids and adults. Securely gated and tranquil, we felt relaxed the entire time. The sauna was the icing on the cake. Such a nice add on to the mid century home. We stayed in winter and with heaters in every room plus a wood fire our stay was super cozy and comfortable. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jonny's place! The location is perfect, with a short path leading directly to the beach and nearby shops. The space was very clean and cozy. All the thoughtful little touches Jonny provided made it feel like a home away from home. It was definitely worth the money, and we will certainly be booking again when we return to Auckland!
