A Stunning property in a beautiful location right on Bridlington beach front. As a family of 10, there was nothing that the Property didn’t have to cater for us all. 5 bedrooms, 3 en suite. A beautiful kitchen with a table that sat every one of us which was nice every night for dinner. With so many pots pans dishes cutlery cooking utensils. It had everything and more. A 20/25 minute walk along the gorgeous clean promenade in to Bridlington with its many many cafes and restaurants, seaside arcades, donuts, ice cream, train rides and even a fair The beach is also extremely clean with the RNLI very close and monitoring at all times. although we only had a 2/4 days of no rain, it didn’t keep us from here of a night time for a lovely warm stroll I would 💯 recommend anyone stays here and will definitely be back

My family and I (7 adults & 1 child) recently stayed at ‘The Cottage’ and we all agreed that it was a wonderful holiday. The house is beautiful, very spacious, spotlessly clean and was well equipped for all of our needs. The hub is definitely the kitchen, we enjoyed playing family board games around the dining table. The gardens are amazing we loved watching wild rabbits, squirrels and cows everyday. It was nice to see home grown vegetables and a herb garden too. Our grandson enjoyed playing football with his dad in the garden, jumping on the trampoline and feeding the fish. It is ideally located for travelling into York and not far from the designer outlet. Our group ranged in age from 2yrs to 78yrs and there was something for everyone to do at the house. We all really needed a family break due to recent illness and enjoyed spending time together making lovely memories. We hope to be able to stay again and thank both Neil and Adrienne for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Great house for large groups. Group loved staying in the house, they would normally book into a hotel, but due to availability they needed an alternative, so we booked the house plus provisions for breakfast. They have now been converted and want to do the same next year.

We have just stayed at Viva La Brid for a few nights for New Years- X2 family’s with young children and a dog. The house was everything we wanted and exactly as described and shown in photos - very clean and great facilities- we all loved the pool table which was a great addition! Fab Location- right near the beach and close to pubs restaurants and shops and the arcades for the kids. We definitely stay again.
