Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

Our house is a 270-year-old timber-framed house that we have lovingly renovated and remodeled. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden floorboards or wooden framework. Our garden is designed in such a way that living beings that are native there can still feel comfortable, such as salamanders, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfishers and wild bees. Anyone who stays in the garden for a long time can observe these many rare inhabitants in our garden.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. The pretty 45m² apartment is on the ground floor of a house on a slope in the small village of Schöna, 8km from Bad Schandau, 200m from the forest. Except for windows and doors, only natural materials were used. It is heated with a clay oven, which can also be used for cooking. In addition, an electric 2-plate hob is available.
