Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. This comfortable holiday home is right on the Drents-Friese Wold. The house is in a park with no facilities/entrance gate or rules. The houses at the park are both permanently inhabited and rented for vacation. You can go hiking, biking and mountain biking in the area. Cities like Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is fully and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

It has its own private entrance, a private terrace and a place for you to sit along the water so you can enjoy the peace this monumental village brings you. What is "Op zijn Zweeds"? A fully furnished cozy home (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately. Extras we offer for a fee: - Grocery shopping when you prefer not to do it yourself in these times. - Providing a hot meal that is served in the B&B.
