The stairs lead to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and contains a double box spring. In the living room you find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

In 2021, apartments are been realized in the part of the farm on the first floor. Each apartment consists of 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. Downstairs bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, each with two 1 pers. box spring. Each apartment has a picnic table for 4 people outside.
