The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. We had a very pleasant stay! We also liked that there were chickens and two cats, and a beautiful garden that we could walk through and sit in. We occasionally had a chat with Anja and Uwe, very nice hosts! The location is also great: in the center of the town with shops, restaurants, the harbor and the train station within walking distance. In short: recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property in Sassnitz. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight was the direct sea view – sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and seeing the sea was simply priceless. The location is perfect: quiet but still close to restaurants, shopping and nice walking trails. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I will definitely be happy to come back and can only recommend it!

We felt completely comfortable. The accommodation and the whole yard are beautiful and cozy. We had a lot of space for ourselves and enjoyed the weekend very much. The contact in advance was pleasant and we were very warmly received on site. The hosts are always reachable and available and were always up for a chat, but not intrusive at all. The apartment was cozy, charming, and tastefully decorated, with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday and much local information provided. Lovely garden space. Internet worked fine. Possibly the quietest holiday flat I’ve ever stayed in — very calming and relaxing. Grit does not live on site, but she was communicative and provided helpful instructions. Gummy bears on arrival were a nice touch :) Would stay again! Incidentally, the cafe Meersaal just a few steps down the road is wonderful: great coffee, cakes, and artwork. The Neuendorf grocery shop is very small, but it’s so close to the apartment that it’s easy to pass by and see what’s fresh each day.

We spent some very nice days on site. The apartment offers everything you need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, cozy furnishings and a wonderful view of the harbor. The communication and help was great. Our coffee maker was faulty. This was then immediately exchanged thanks to Christiane's willingness to help. The restaurant is highly recommended! I was at the environmental photo festival for 10 days in Zingst and felt very comfortable in the apartment during the time. The center and the exhibitions were quickly accessible by bicycle. I didn't need 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The apartment is close to entrance 15, right next to the sports beach. Which was perfect for my SUP excursions. Marcus was very friendly, communicated proactively and responded quickly to my requests. I'd love to come back here.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful beach house! The modern and stylish furnishings immediately impressed us - everything is designed with great attention to detail and looks very high-quality. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, even from the sofa. The location is absolutely unique - right on the beach, wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. A real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace - a fantastic experience under the starry sky, especially in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

I had two good nights at Lis and Jørgen’s place on the island of Møn. The accommodation is comfortable, with a private kitchen and bathroom, which makes the stay really pleasant and independent. Lis and Jørgen are welcoming. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Thank you again!

We felt very comfortable in the house. The view of the sea and the sailboats is an experience every day. The garden including trampoline was a hit for our children. Directly in front of it, a small path leads directly along the sea. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. There was nothing missing. Kalvehave is a quiet place, the area offers many excursion possibilities. Thank you for the great time at your place!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Beautiful house with great location right by the sea and good pizzeria nearby. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
