Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built, fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and parasol by the pool.

The accommodation is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Mediterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. App and room are on the 1 st floor of our house and has its own separate entrance. Aside from a 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). My place is located 900m from the beach and town center and it is very easy to find. Shopping center (Lidl, Konzum) is also 500m from the house and center of Crikvenica is about 3km.
