You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. Perched high on a ridge in a quiet cul-de-sac 25 minutes from Victoria and Sooke, and encompassed by raw natural beauty with a breathtaking 180-degree backdrop of Lookout Lake and mountains. Please note that during 04-05/2025 we will be renovating and expanding our service offering, including sleeping up to 4, kitchen with cooktop, full BBQ, fridge/freezer, large screen surround sound TV, bedroom TV, new furniture. Rates will be adjusted in June.

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
