Everything in this carefully designed duplex coach house is just so. Unlocking the European-style tilt & turn outer door maybe a challenge at first, but it works well. Two large non-representational paintings are pleasing dashes of colour in the main studio bedroom. The loft sauna is very cleverly designed and easy to use. The passageway to access the backyard and the suite is as little as 22-inches wide at a couple of points, which may be difficult for some people and luggage to traverse. But it's worth the squeeze!

Absolutely amazing place Amanda has, the location right next to Bellwoods park is just perfect for those warm evenings. Amanda was an amazing host who gave some really good recommendations for what to do in the Toronto area. Will definitely book again when i’m back in Toronto!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Branko, Milan, and Bissa’s place, conveniently located in the east end of Toronto. From the moment I arrived, Bissa and Milan made me feel incredibly welcome—like part of the family! They were a joy to chat with whenever our paths crossed, and Branko was always quick and helpful with any questions before and during my stay. The hosts live in the main and basement floors and the second and third floors, accessed through a private entrance, offered more space than expected. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for rest after long days. Decorated with plenty of interesting artwork for all tastes. The dedicated parking spot was a huge plus, and I appreciated the hot showers, cozy bedding, soft towels, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom—everything I needed for a 6-week stay. I’m already looking forward to my next project in Toronto, as their place is high on my list. I would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay, conveniently located near the Bloor Go/Dundas West Stations. The house was nice, comfy and quiet.

the place was super comfortable. looked exactly like the pictures. i loved the quality of the furniture, the bed and the couch were very comfortable, and the garden with the view was very peaceful. will come back again

Spotless, everything set up to make my stay as trouble free as possible. I especially liked the availability of travel toothbrushes, shaving foam, razors and assorted toiletries. Bright white towels were a nice touch as well. Welcome chocolates, chips and sweet crackers available also. As for the property, ideally located , quiet, beautiful garden with a number of lush green maple trees providing a memorable morning view. Assigned parking in front of the unit. One would be hard pressed to find better for the price in Toronto.

Huma was so kind and friendly; her warmth made us feel like we were staying with family. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and clean, with a very nice layout and thoughtful design. The home is easy to access from the highway and located in an ideal spot for exploring the waterfront trails. We enjoyed the bbq and outdoor space, but most of all we appreciated Huma’s amazing hospitality. Thank you, Huma! See you next time! ❤️

Jessica was a pleasure to communicate with as a host. Her place was immaculate and just as advertised and shown in the photos. The rental would be even better with some simple additional amenities, such as a couple of extra towels for the bathroom. The street that the rental is on is lovely, leafy, and quiet. To find a more vibrant area with cafes and restaurants, one needs to go to a different neighborhood. That said, the rental is an easy walk to the subway. Overall, a very positive experience that I can recommend highly.

Great place to stay. Host very responsive. We went for a wedding and requested iron and ironing table. Items were delivered by the host through Walmart on the same day. Very clean place and clear instructions provided. I highly recommend the place.

My parents had a great stay! The place was modern, very clean, and exactly as pictured. You can tell the host really puts effort into maintaining the space — everything felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and communication was easy throughout. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish spot.

Absolutely brilliant hosts, loads of local recommendations with instructions on how to get around. Place is really nice and quiet, watch your head if you're 6ft2 or above like me, some of the ceilings are a bit low being a basement but wasn't an issue for me. 10/10 Would definitely stay here again if we were in Toronto one day. We really enjoyed our brief stay in the peaceful laneway house, and would stay there again. It is very bright and roomy, with a well equipped kitchen, full living and dining areas, and very comfortable beds in three bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed that you could open screened windows on both sides of the house for great cross ventilation. The neighbourhood is very charming:, with well kept older houses, front porches and gardens and mature trees, and situated across from a pleasant school ground and play yard. It is ten minutes to Christie subway station and about the same to Christie Pits park. Also a great grocery store nearby, and many other amenities.
