Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown Tacoma

The place was cozy & well kept. Love that its close to grocery stores etc. House was equiped with everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again!

The home is beautiful and the space is well priced given the luxury finishing in the inside of the home and the prices in the area. Pene was extremely responsive and always communicated very quickly with any questions I had. He even brought me extra towels when I needed them. He also listed some great local eats and experiences which was very kind. I think anyone who visits would feel at home and appreciate the hosts’ responsiveness. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and the extra office space was great for me to get some work done away from my family watching tv and chatting in the main home. Having the garage was super convenient too for the car. I would gladly stay here again if I need a place in Tacoma.

This was a very beautiful, out of the way house surrounded by a very quiet friendly community! Very nice weekend we got to enjoy out on a beautiful lake! Everyone was outside enjoying the weather and water and having a great time!

A great place to stay! Hosts are friendly and have beautiful, clean home. My children loves the toys they had on hand and the little kids nook in one of the bedrooms. Would stay again/recommended to others visiting the area.

honestly one of the best places i’ve stayed i do plan on coming back to seattle and id love to come back to this place specifically loved the bathroom set up and i felt so comfortable here especially being so far away from home for a week. the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

Our stay at Serene Shadow Lake was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake with the eagles, humming birds,and geese, loved listening to the song birds, and frogs. Felt at home and slept like a dream. Would highly recommend.

This was truly one of the most relaxing weekends we’ve had in quite a long time. We met Sara & Jerry upon our arrival- they were very warm & made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment is perfect for a couple that wants to get away to a beautifully serene, relaxing, & quiet place. The apartment is comfortable & decorated very well. Sara keeps the grounds a gorgeous sanctuary for birds & bees. On a few occasions we even got to see the Bald Eagle couple that like to nest in one of the very tall trees of the property. It was so nice to wake up to a stunning view each morning & just enjoy the view. The stars are out at night so bright & if you ask, Jerry will leave you a little fire wood if you’d like to sit down by the little fire pit they have. Sara & Jerry are both kind, gracious, & hospitable people with a great love for the island & their community. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

This waterfront studio was awesome! I really enjoyed the area and the ocean view on the patio. The state park with with beach next door was a big plus. Room was beautifully laid out. It was simple and cozy. Aaron was super awesome!

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Lovely relaxing renovated space. Lots of comfy places to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were cozy! Every extra thing you could possibly need there, lots of lovely touches. We came here with our toddler and older mother. We found parking in the back easily and felt safe to leave our cars. The stairs were a bit much for my mom who has a hard time with stairs in general. But she said it was worth it for the view. We had tons of stuff to bring in and out with the toddler we had a good work out loading the car. Over all beautiful space and would love to stay again!

Our hosts were more than accommodating for us after we got back to Seattle from our cruise and didn't have anywhere to go before check in. Communication was fantastic and even gave us recommendations on where to go downtown and how to get there to see all Seattle has to offer. We are more than appreciative. Accommodations were very clean and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend this place to stay and would stay again.

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Xuanlu’s place was great! It’s in such a good location, allowing you to walk to many tourist attractions. The Space Needle is about a 6-minute walk, and Pike Place Market is about a 25-minute walk. Xuanlu was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. My partner and I really liked this place—we’d definitely book it again!

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect and the condo is quiet, clean, and safe. Raj was super helpful and very communicative throughout (as well as before and after!) the process. 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was clean and well-stocked to make a guest comfortable. Ken responded quickly to messages. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise so future guests should be aware of this. Also, the condo is billed as being air conditioned. There is a portable AC in the bedroom that is not great. The unit itself does not have central air. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

The complex is wooded and has interior beautiful landscaping. The unit is upstairs and looks onto it. The furniture and bedding were just what we wanted. The binder of what you need/want to know is great, there is storage, it's neat and clean, and modern with interesting/practical furnishings. We will stay there again in the future.

The parking spot in the garage was super nice to have especially staying in that area. The space was clean and comfortable. Would come back again!

I really loved staying here, even for a short while as it was centrally located for all the key tourist spots. I feel like I was able to get around pretty easily either by walking or the public transit. Caroline was very responsive and welcoming. I even used the guide she provided to get my quick list of recommendations of places to visit and see. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable and accessible spot while staying in Seattle.
