Holiday rentals with a pool in Downtown Springfield

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The place was clean and everything was decorated in such a cute style.

We had a wonderful stay here! Simona’s home was everything we needed for our multi family trip to visit family in Springfield. We were bummed about the hot-tub not working but Simona gave us a discount for that. Thanks again for sharing a beautiful home for us to stay in!

Our stay was good, mother nature didn’t cooperate but that was not the responsibility of the host. Lightening struck a tree in the middle of the back yard but with a few hours of reaching out they had it all cleaned up. The pool had yet to be uncovered and prepared which was very disappointing as that was the purpose of our stay but the hosts were very communicative letting us know it was scheduled to be open the day after we arrived which it was but due to the cleanup needed we were unable to enjoy it. Outside of that all was well and the home suited our needs perfectly. The host addresses everything and did what they could to make everything right. I would recommend this as a good place to visit and spend quality family time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay for Our Family Reunion! We just spent an amazing week at this beautiful home in Springfield’s Historic Rountree Neighborhood, and it exceeded every expectation. I stayed here with my mom, sister, nieces, aunt, and uncle while in town for a family reunion, and this home was absolutely ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and truly has everything you could need—especially the kitchen. From the stainless steel double oven to the Whirlpool gas stove, full pantry of cooking basics, and every appliance imaginable, we cooked several big family meals with ease. The outdoor amenities were a highlight: we loved grilling out on the BBQ, using the flattop griddle, and especially relaxing by the pool. The kids had a blast, and we adults appreciated the peaceful setting and the smoker, which we put to great use. This home is an unexpected gem in the middle of the city. It is spacious, updated and well stocked. The pool was perfect. The setting is serene and the smell of flowers wafted through the air while we gathered in the expansive outdoor area. This is an amazing home for a family gathering. Denise was professional and accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our time at "the cottage "!

We can't say enough about this wonderful home! Three family couples stayed here with several children ages 1-16, and we all had a blast. The backyard is like your own resort and playground. The adults could sit and visit with the babies/toddlers in the middle of us, and the older kids were busy swimming and playing on the playground and trampoline. When the kids found the toy/game closet, you would have thought it was Christmas! The beds were VERY comfortable! We loved how there was a lot of space to either be together or to get some quiet time. Thank you, and we WILL be back!

Steven’s property was fantastic, relaxing, spacious and the pool was immaculately maintained. Our whole family enjoyed our stay here and loved the pool! We felt right at home almost immediately. Thank you Steven so much for letting us use your grill, my husband was so happy!!
