Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Miami

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

This place was amazing! I stayed 5 nights and wish I didn’t have to leave. It’s a very comfortable corner unit on the 28th floor…had the most beautiful city views. Very quiet and safe. Several train stations within walking distance. I would definitely stay again! Thanks

We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

My stay was absolutely incredible! The apartment was exactly like the photos, and the building had everything I needed. The view from the apartment was amazing, and it was fully equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place!

The staff at Fortune House were super helpful and kind, making my stay seamless. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. Although the pool was closed during my visit, they went above and beyond by making accommodations with a local hotel so I could still enjoy the pool. Excellent service all around!

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Andre’s place was very nice. My friends didn’t know how it looked like and as soon as we walked in they said it felt homey. It’s a very spacious and cute place. The area was nice, very quiet and just regular neighborhood feeling. The only thing that we were skeptical about was the bathtub which was slippery but other than that, we loved place and would be back!

There is one negative occasion; parking issue. The rest of our experience was amazing.🤍🤍

Place was clean and walkable to many restaurants/stores in downtown Miami. Host was very responsive and friendly.

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!
