Holiday rentals with beach access in Downtown Miami

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

Todo fue perfecto desde la llegada. Vick nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta que terminaron con la limpieza y nos dejó entrar antes del horario del Checkin. El departamento es como aparece en las fotos. Todo limpio y con lo necesario para que tengas la mejor estadía. Nos proporcionó sillas de playa y sombrilla que fueron de gran utilidad. La zona es la mejor porque tenes muchos lugares para visitar y la playa muy cerca. Lo volvería a elegir sin dudas. Muy recomendable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Cerra was the best host I've EVER dealt with during any of my bnb stays. The property was well maintained, clean, and some of the most cozy bedding I've slept on. The balcony views were magical at all times of the day! The pool and gym amenities were great. Getting a seat at the pool was never an issue. Great location to explore with a lot of up and coming shopping and restaurants on the way! I would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Emplacement au top et accès facile. Le parking est un plus non négligeable ainsi que les chaises parasols sur la plage. Merci encore a Delphine pour toute ses précisions nous reviendrons !

We really enjoyed our time staying this place! It is located in the heart of the midtown of Miami and easy access to everywhere. Trade Joe and Target are nearby within minutes of walking. The apartment is very spacious with wall to wall windows in every room. Host Felipe is very friendly, and we had an amazing Italian dinner at Salumeria per his recommendation. We will come back again!

Great house we used as overflow from a retreat nearby. Beautiful backyard also.

The Airbnb was very nice, Melissa is a great host. This was a perfect location for something quick trip to Miami. The Airbnb was very clean and neat, only issue was with the wifi but other than that I would definitely recommend this as your next stay!

This location was extremely clean. Perfect for families with small kids, retreat girls trip or a couple. Parking is on the street but there were no issues. The bathroom is small but fits the style of the home. The bedrooms are connecting in a way you must go through one to get to main living area. There is a lovely outdoor space that was beautiful and tranquil for morning coffee. Overall lovely place.

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Dave was an outstanding host! The apartment was incredibly clean. The location was perfect for exploring Ocean Drive. Dave was always quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. We had a fantastic stay!

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beach and the children loved the kids pool area.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Nice apartment on the beach with a gorgeous view. Just was super easy to get ahold of and helped us to check in early. 10/10 would recommend!
