Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Las Vegas

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

It was a great stay!! Just like the pictures, other than flys already in the rooms and only lamps on the rooms, it was great!

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Loved these accommodations! Great location, tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen, open and airy, walkable, restaurants nearby, and easy to get in and out! Very responsive host and I loved no extra instructions upon checking out! Very simple. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!!

Stayed here for my 35th birthday and loved it. Room was definitely spacious and lovely. Working ac was great along with other great things, especially the tub and shower. Will stay here again. Elevator was slow on weekend but only issue but overall great.

This house was exactly as Xun said. Easy (and safe) walk to Palms, Golden Nugget, Rio casinos and a short 5 minute drive to Chinatown After buying lobsters and crab and a few other things we were well rquipped to cook it. There was Folgers and some Hazelnut coffee. The house was nicely decorated and it was a peaceful nieghborhood. I will be looking for this host next time.

Adrian I sincerely thank you for having us at your home, to anybody who is questioning the kitchen setup with the electric stove, I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner with absolutely no problem and my fiancé and I absolutely loved that we had everything we had throughout our time, to our EDC family, it’s ONLY 12-15 minutes away from our beautiful venue we shall be back but with a group next year but please give Adrian your consideration when choosing your next EDC!

Excellent stay. Beautiful backyard. Most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. Charlotte was a very friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay again for my next trip to Vegas!

I would stay here again when I go to visit 12 min Drive from the strip . Very nice for the weekend. The Dog didn’t have any issues with us, he did bark but seems friendly .

Stay was great for me and my group. Loved the pool in the backyard! There was some heavy winds on one of the days we were there which resulted in lots of debris in the pool. I contacted the hosts if we could get it cleaned in the morning the next day since it was our last day to enjoy the pool. She got someone sent over in less than 1 hour to clean it! Super communicative and accommodating for us

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The decor was super cute and made the space feel cozy and inviting. The pool was amazing (I spent so much time swimming and relaxing out there). And the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Honestly, such a great stay. I’d 100% come back!

Great place very close to strip and surrounding areas. Quite neighborhood, we had no issues what so ever. Would highly recommend if you looking to stay off strip but still be very close. Updated and very clean space. I would be willing to stay here again on my trip back to Vegas.

Great location, easy to access the strip via MGM. Quiet with fanstastic views from the balcony. Valet was fast and friendly. Lots of space and seating areas. We will definitely stay again!

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.
