This is my third time at Jan’s studio because every time I come to this part of Vegas, I always want to stay here! Jan is so wonderful and welcoming and it is always an honor to be hosted by her. The studio is my favorite. It’s so cozy and always amazingly clean.

Jessica was a great host, love, love, love the place it was really an Oasis. Family friendly, clean with all the amenities we couldn't ask for more. Jessica responded to all of our questions and concerns right away she even had suggestion on places to visit during our stay. Jessica was friendly made us feel right at home, we felt safe our kids loved the place this was ten stars we will definitely plan to stay again highly recommend. Great stay, convenient location close to the monorail. Debbie was really helpful when I had a small issue to handle with the facility which was resolved quickly and fully.

We loved the apartment, simple and comfortable. The view of the city is phenomenal. One whole wall is windows that show city lights. The shower has two heads and there was plenty of hot water.

Wonderful corner suite within a great residential tower with views, privacy, a great workout facility and close parking garage. Very unique and cool artwork too -- what's not to love? Hosts are responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation.

This place was great, Koko was very nice and responsive, all the casinos were super close like 5 minutes away, and there was lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The place was very spacious clean, and modern loved it and would definitely stay again

We were in town for a show at the Sphere. This was right next door. It was also very walkable to the Strip. This was place was perfect! No casino, no smoke, clean and the best location. We will absolutely be staying again!

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

We were very happy to stay at Brooke’s place. Front desk was able to accommodate late night check in with no issues and assigned us a room in tower 3, which is right next to the main building and has its own small pool and hot tub. The room was just as described, clean, with enough towels and toiletries and it had a view of the Sphere (kids’ favorite part). Loved having washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking on the premises, which is a big plus and we could use amenities either in the main building or tower 3. All the pools and hot tubs were clean, plenty of pool towels, and we had an issue finding a lounger. They advertised happy hour and even free mimosas on certain days but we weren’t able to check it out due to our busy schedule. I saw some reviews mentioned sales pitches about timeshare- not a single person bothered us during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.
