I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the area I needed, had good walkable areas for me and my dog, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Tammy was very responsive and helpful. I was able to check in early on the first day when I needed to, and when I messaged her because it was so cold, she immediately had the maintenance come and turn the heat back on. MIchigan weather can be fickle! I would stay here again if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.

The only thing I would have changed about my stay would have been to stay longer. The property is located on a very private and peaceful area of Ada and has a cool path directly to the Grand River in the back yard, along with a fire pit. The space itself is very clean and modern, with more than enough for a comfortable stay. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here again!

Julien’s place was very clean and comfortable. The location made it ideal for us to sightsee around Grand Rapids and Holland. We would definitely stay again.

This was by far the nicest Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Great value, very clean, nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area visiting family. Thanks for providing us with a great place to stay. The pontoon rental next door was also a hit with our granddaughters!

Solid spot in a great location! The room was very nice and clean, with the decor being up to date and modern. The hallways have several Ring cameras too which is a safety bonus. I love the location — several good restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t really have a view but that didn’t bother us at all since most of our time was spent exploring! Would stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The basement was spacious, clean, and very easy to access. The bed was really comfy, we both slept really well throughout our stay. It was a great value for the price, and everything was exactly as described. Ron and Briette were friendly and responsive hosts, making the experience even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Kristen's downtown bungalow in GR was a perfect set up for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and 2 pets. So wonderful that they allowed our furry family to join us! That can be hard to find! The location was only blocks from downtown and made for easy access to all the restaurants, bars and events we were attending. The bungalow, was so cute and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was an easy simple process and minimal to do's before we left. Kristen checked in with us often to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. Our family had a wonderful weekend in GR and many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful City.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here, and it simply feels like home. The amenities make it even more like home, and you couldn’t ask for better hosts in Mike & Tina. They are the best of the best! We’re already booked and look forward to coming back in the Fall!

The birds nest was charming. The mid-century decor was so fun. Loved the retro record player and The Beach Boys album took me back. Well equipt kitchen, bath and laundry. I would suggest the steps be repaired and repainted since it is the first impression. A small eat in table and 2 chairs could be added along the back wall. The transition from kitchen to LR is high and the LR rug needs to be secured. Bedding was comfortable and washer and dryer very helpful. Would like to have been able to just put the dishes in dishwasher and start it vs having to wash and put everything away. Jordan was extremely responsive and the code door access was easy. I didn’t realize we needed to put the code in when we left to lock it but we figured it out after the first trip out. The cost was reasonable considering our stay was during Tulip Time

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend because we were going to see a show at the arena. My boyfriend is a very anxious traveler and had never stayed at an Airbnb. He felt completely at home and gave rave reviews. Itwonderfully peaceful. Sharon had everything we could possibly think of that we would need. it was better stocked than my own house! thank you Sharon!

GREAT hosts, super responsive and attentive to our questions and requests. Stocked the place with toiletries and snacks. I kept trying to give this place and its hosts 6 out of 5 stars but the AirBnB app wouldn’t let me 🙄

Great location, walkable to lots of great bars and restaurants. Ana was proactive and responsive. The beds were super cozy and the furniture was spotless. The apartment was a little loud from street noise. But it was nothing my white noise machine couldn’t overcome. Overall it was a great stay.

We were skeptical staying at a new Airbnb with only one review but it was worth the risk! The place was clean and minimalistic, easy access, two good parking options. The location was 5-15 mins away from everything we wanted to do. All new appliances and fixtures and furniture, the bed was so firm and lovely. Despite turning an old store front into a private unit, having the large door the separates the bedroom from the from room kept it feeling private. And having a brand new washer and dryer at your use if needed is very awesome! Had just about everything we needed and nothing more.

The space was very welcoming and homelike. The beds were awesome!!! Just the perfect amount of give to the mattresses. We were there for a horse event and it was close enough to our event to be convenient.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark’s place. It was so comfortable, and the location is really unrivaled for a visitor to Grand Rapids. Look, I’m a travel editor—and while the Midwest isn’t my beat (I was visiting on a personal trip)—I’ve spent time in so many places in the last two decades, and I can’t vouch for Mark. He does it well.

Very simple check in and check out procedure. Parking was easy and access to downtown was walking distance. Interior design was very modern and the coffee table was a hit. Entire house was very clean. Kelly and Jeff left us a great gift package with snacks and other items.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The surrounding area was quiet and so were the other tenants in the building. Travis even put brochures out with information about local attractions, which was helpful since we're not from the area. We spent 3 days/nights there and enjoyed all of it. So much better than a hotel! There were lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive which made our stay even better and more convenient. I highly recommend Travis and his apartment. If we go back to visit again we'll definitely stay there again.

Space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. And the bakery downstairs has absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls.

I’ve stayed here four times now and have enjoyed it every time. Great place, close to downtown, and very dependable hosts.

Steven's place was the perfect location for walking and biking - beautiful paved 82 mile bike trail runs right through the village - I used it often! Nice washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. Nice silverware, dishes, pans...linens were great. Well-stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and bath gel, shampoo and creme rinse, hairdryer...everythinbg you could need. The house was spacious. I would only suggest some fresh paint in the kitchen and some new porch cushions. Otherwise it was perfect!

Really nice and clean apartment in a safe area. The inside is a little smaller than we thought from the photos but there's lots of outdoor space. Saugatuck is super adorable as well.
