We had a great stay here and Santiago was a great host!!!

Really enjoyed staying at Michael's Casita. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the parking situation was perfect for our truck and 17ft trailer. The fenced side yard was immaculate and very inviting. Our dogs loved having the space to play while I enjoyed a glass of wine and the bistro lights. The bed was very comfortable and the house, while not modern, was clean and tidy and we had everything we could need. Michael even provided complimentary coffee for the morning. Streaming services were available too! We have stayed at pricier Airbnbs that didn't deliver on comfort in spite of the price. This one does! Would stay again.

I had a great stay at Bennie’s Airbnb and would absolutely book again. I visit Albuquerque often and have noticed his listing a few times—it’s usually unavailable during my visits, which speaks volumes. So if you’re reading this wondering whether to book, let me just say: it’s often booked for a reason! The bed was extremely comfortable, the space had a unique and inviting vibe, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. The laundry machines were modern and surprisingly efficient, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the entire space was quiet—I didn’t hear anything out of the ordinary during my stay. Bennie clearly takes pride in maintaining a high-quality stay. Highly recommend.

Very charming & cozy home. Beds are very comfy and options for soft or firm pillows was the best touch. They even provide a white noise gizmo. Communication was easy & Abby was very helpful with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

This Airbnb is great! We loved relaxing in the hammock after the long drive in, and the yard was beautiful!

My partner and I stayed here for nearly two months with our cat. We really enjoyed our time in the unit. We work from home and had plenty of space, although the wifi is a little slow. There is not a whole lot within walking distance, but if you have a car it's pretty central to everything in Albuquerque. The neighborhood was pretty safe and quiet.

Kendra's place was wonderful, quiet, beautifully clean, and peaceful. There was a front and back deck that was fenced in so that one could enjoy the peaceful evening and morning times outside. The house was just the right size to enable one to feel comfortable yet still have plenty of space to move about. Kendra was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I appreciated my stay at her place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet place in downtown Albuquerque. Thanks for everything, Kendra!

Carl made our stay memorable and comfortable. We traveled from California to my daughters graduation, we arrived a few hours early and he accommodated our arrival and allowed us early. That was a huge relief as we were tired from the road trip. I definitely would rent the beautiful home again. Everything very clean.

This marks my third attempt at writing a review; I'm not sure what's happening with the website. Normally, I would have quit, but that wouldn't be fair to the host. This incredible host is one reason I'm working on my patience. When you encounter someone who is consistently respectful and courteous, it's truly remarkable and deeply valued. The host's communication from beginning to end exceeded what I can express. The promptness and attention to detail were exceptional. The house was close to several amenities within a short drive. The neighborhood was serene and tranquil. The home was stunning. Spotlessly clean and updated. I would certainly suggest this house to anyone, and I look forward to enjoying my next visit

We had a fantastic mini-vacation at Vincent’s place. We stayed for four nights, and chose this location for quick availability, acceptance of pets, and heated pool and hot tub. The place was spotless, it smelled amazingly clean when we first walked in. The beds were cozy, kitchen was beautiful. The heated pool was an absolute blast, and perfectly heated so that it didn’t feel too warm or too cold with the changing weather. On one of the mornings there were a lot of bugs in the pool and when we couldn’t find a skimmer, Vincent kindly brought us one and ensured the pool cleaners came out too. Props to the pool cleaners as they were quick and thorough! We felt safe and cared for the entire duration of our stay and would certainly stay again.

We appreciate the sparkling pool in the warm weather! Hosts are super responsive and welcoming. We will stay again when we visit Albuquerque.

The most perfect location. So many places you can walk to. The coolest secluded area within the city. One of our most favorite airbnbs we’ve stayed in!

We loved this place! We chose this location because we were going to a festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and wanted something walkable. The walk from inside the festival at the park to the AirBNB was just over 2 miles and took us 45 minutes. The unit was extremely clean and modern with a huge bathroom and nice workspace. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quick stop for us on our way through Albuquerque. Animals are so cute and friendly. We had everything we needed for some rest before getting back on the road.

This was a cute little weekend vacation spot for me and my boyfriend. Perfect for couples. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip there! Parking was difficult at the actual location but street parking wasn't very far so it was worth it.

Lovely quiet condo in Old Town ABQ. I was very comfortable and was able to rest after a very long road trip. I travel to ABQ often and will definitely stay again!

I believe this is the 2nd time I stayed in one of Stef’s properties. Very clean and well apportioned. It’s apparent Stef takes pride in her properties!!!!

What a beautiful guest house, the drive was amazing, we love the road to the house, we wish we had time to do some hiking but one night was plenty to feel like we need to come back and do some of the trails. Hiking lovers, this place is for you!!
