Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Albuquerque

Great location and perfect!

Michael and Jennifer were excellent hosts and their apartment is super cute, very affordable, and was absolutely spotless. The neighborhood felt very safe and there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a few minutes. The apartment was the perfect "homebase" for us during our adventures exploring in New Mexico. Michael's personal recommendations for food, drink and sightseeing were great, as were the notes left from previous guests. My only regret is not booking a longer stay in New Mexico! Would highly recommend this place to others.

The apartment was so cute and comfy. the only thing was the parking as we have a very low van, the door would hit the side walk... other than that it was a great place to stay. I will definitely keep this apartment in mind when we come back if the host decides to let us come back.

We are so grateful for our time here. This place was so comfortable and clean. They thought of so many caring and helpful details. All of the communication from Barb and Michael was so clear and kind. The place is exactly like the photos and even nicer in person. Just a very beautiful place with very wonderful hosts.

Rick was fantastic to work with & so was his place. Just what we needed. We were in town for a good friend’s funeral, & Rick’s place was a great refuge between busy & emotional engagements for us.

Henry's place was in a perfect location for me, not far from family, Bosque trails, and the places I needed to be. This was my second stay here, and I was very happy to return. I was comfortable and appreciated the art surrounding me and the craftsmanship of the decor. Once you know the local landmarks it is very easy to find.

We had an amazing time here, I hope to be back in the future!

A Keurig coffee maker would be nice

Artistic space in a quiet neighborhood - I was glad I picked this home and especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and peaceful patio view. Amy was a proactive host!

We don't have a guest room but live in the neighborhood, so I rented Sol's AirBnB for my elderly parents to come visit. The place was clean and comfortable for them during their stay! Sol was super communicative, friendly, and even got in touch to make sure everything was squeaky clean when my parents checked in.

Travis’s place was exactly as described and then some. Easy to find, easy check in, comfortable, beautifully decorated space. It was super clean and well appointed with everything you could need. We appreciated the nice backyard for our dog. We all felt very at home here and will definitely stay again!

Diana was a great communicator. We felt right at home and appreciated the clear instructions. The house is small, but cozy and welcoming. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Good place to stay. Great park for the dogs a couple of blocks away.

Kelly and Frank's historic home was spacious and comfortable and you can tell the hosts have gone out of their way to provide extra for their guests. My 4-year-old was thrilled to find a few paw patrol toys as well as a little car she could ride on. We were all happy to play in the backyard with the games they provided. The beds varied in firmness so we were all able to find one to our liking. The sunroom was my favorite place to spend time reading a book or having coffee. The air conditioning works wonderfully. You won't be in one of those hot Albuquerque homes sweltering! The blinds and curtains made it so you could have privacy or lots of sunshine throughout the home. They have really created a comfortable home away from home.

Great spot in ABQ with access to downtown!

Perfect place to stay and perfect size for 2. Great location to interstate and local stores and food. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

The midnight suite was perfect for what I needed. A nice private complex and the suite was so cute. I love the atmosphere Kata and Rodger created here. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

Miguel was a great host! He accommodated to my last minute request of an early check in and it was appreciated greatly! Will book again if i stay in ABQ!

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!
