We had a lovely stay at Rancho Gusto. The size and decor of the home, the pool and hot tub, and the pet friendly rules made it a wonderful experience for our family. Carl was very responsive to our needs and even sent us a list of local activities he thought we'd enjoy. Carl is a top-notch host, and Kimberly (the local contact) was very helpful as well. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, well stocked, and the yard has beautiful roses, a nice lawn, and even strawberries on the vine! My grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub, both of which were clean and private. We whole-heartedly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic mini-vacation at Vincent’s place. We stayed for four nights, and chose this location for quick availability, acceptance of pets, and heated pool and hot tub. The place was spotless, it smelled amazingly clean when we first walked in. The beds were cozy, kitchen was beautiful. The heated pool was an absolute blast, and perfectly heated so that it didn’t feel too warm or too cold with the changing weather. On one of the mornings there were a lot of bugs in the pool and when we couldn’t find a skimmer, Vincent kindly brought us one and ensured the pool cleaners came out too. Props to the pool cleaners as they were quick and thorough! We felt safe and cared for the entire duration of our stay and would certainly stay again.

Fadi’s home was absolutely perfect for our family in town for a relative’s graduation. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was KEY, fun for everyone! We loved the natural light entering the home through all of the skylights. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and basics for cooking along with great appliances. Highly recommend Fadi’s home situated in a safe, beautiful neighborhood!

If you have to stay in Albuquerque, this place is good: gated drive, shady parking spot. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Lots of space for my family of four. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, nice amenities there. We booked late notice because we were uncomfortable with the neighborhood of our original booking for ABQ and this one was a big step up in terms of location, but it seems hard to find a really nice neighborhood in ABQ. Marcel was super responsive to questions and made sure the home was available right away since we were past normal check-in time. I appreciated that. I don't think we'd stay in ABQ again, but we had a good time at this home and enjoyed swimming. I would recommend for the backyard alone. The only suggestion for improvement would be that it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. I still slept ok, though. If I did come back to this city, I'd probably book it again.

This was a lovely house with an amazing view! We spent most of our time on the deck just enjoying the outdoor space. The house was very comfortable and my niece’s loved the game room! The only weird thing was that in order to leave the property, you needed to drive out- or at least that’s the only way I found to leave. I tried to go for a run and couldn’t get out of the gate, so I had to drive out the gate and then park and go for a run. I’m sure there’s an easier way :) overall, we loved this house and everything it offered.

The home was very inviting,lights were on as we came in at dark. Was easy to get too,easy instructions on checking out. Fit our needs perfectly.

Had a great stay in Albuquerque! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, the space was well stocked with everything I needed and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Whether you’re in town for work or just exploring the city, this spot is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Katey’s home is situated in a friendly nice neighborhood of Albuquerque. I stayed by myself, although her place offers two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms which is a huge plus! Very clean, very accommodating, I highly recommend. She was always very friendly and lovely to talk to.

Very charming & cozy home. Beds are very comfy and options for soft or firm pillows was the best touch. They even provide a white noise gizmo. Communication was easy & Abby was very helpful with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

This was a great place to stay! Nice neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants, and very comfortable.

The place was soo cute and bigger than I had expected. I loved the old charm with modern conveniences. This is not a negative to the place but my knees kept getting scraped by the corners of the bed frames of both bedroom one and two. It happens to me at my home from my own bed frame so it must be me lol. The place was perfect and so adorable! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Kendra's place was wonderful, quiet, beautifully clean, and peaceful. There was a front and back deck that was fenced in so that one could enjoy the peaceful evening and morning times outside. The house was just the right size to enable one to feel comfortable yet still have plenty of space to move about. Kendra was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I appreciated my stay at her place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet place in downtown Albuquerque. Thanks for everything, Kendra!

Loved my stay here. It is so peaceful and private. It’s a perfect place to come back to and relax if you’re having a long day! Very clean and thoughtfully considered amenities. It’s also easy to get anywhere from here as most drives are 15 minutes and less to attractions. Would come back!

Casa El Tigré was the BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in, hands down. It was pristinely clean, unbelievably well-appointed (anything you could think of needing was there), and perfectly located near Old Town and Sawmill. What really stood out to me was that Armain's place felt like an "old school" Airbnb - a cozy home where people actually live, rather than a sterile, IKEA-fied rental property. THIS is what I'm looking for when I choose Airbnb! We stayed for six days and used Casa El Tigré as a home base during our wedding week (got married at Explora across the street). The interior is SO adorable and photographed well. The shared backyard is also super cute and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was awesome. All-around a top-notch stay.

Loved our stay here! Spacious house with no clutter. Loved the open kitchen and living room. The designated office space and workout room were great bonuses. Place had more than everything we needed for our month long stay. Easy walk to park, sawmill market, museums, and old town. Host was extremely responsive and kind. Would highly recommend for a long term stay!

Classic little adobe and we felt right at home immediately. Spare decorations and mid-century modern furniture were perfectly suited for the character of the house. Located right in Old Town and walking distance to many attractions, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. Also right around the corner from a good grocery store as we chose to eat out for lunch, but eat in for dinners and breakfast. Love this place and hope to return to ABQ!

The house was clean, a great start to the vacation. Plenty of fresh towels were a welcome sight after a long drive. Check-in was a breeze, no hassle at all. The neighborhood felt peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Plus, several restaurants were within walking distance. Hosts were responsive and polite would stay again.

Erin & Jeff were super proactive with reaching out to us and making sure we got in ok, and that the home was up to our standards. Everything was beautiful in the home, clean, and had everything we could need. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup! The water pressure in the shower was unmatched - something not many people think about but it was amazing. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone traveling to ABQ. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

This is one of my absolute favorite places to stay in ABQ. It’s a perfect little casita for two. Not only are the art and decor beautiful and landscaping lush (it seems newly remodeled), the casita is safe and within walking distance to Old Town. The bed…oh the comfort of the bed is something I dream about! Hosts are kind and respond quickly as well. We are looking forward to our next stay.
