Artistic space in a quiet neighborhood - I was glad I picked this home and especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and peaceful patio view. Amy was a proactive host!

The pictures don’t do the home justice! It was themed so well for our stay and truly encapsulated the New Mexican aesthetic perfectly! We can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The house was so beautiful inside and out, and with a gate which made us feel like our vehicle was safe! The home was exactly as described! You’re basically getting a house to your self. I had a great stay at Bennie’s Airbnb and would absolutely book again. I visit Albuquerque often and have noticed his listing a few times—it’s usually unavailable during my visits, which speaks volumes. So if you’re reading this wondering whether to book, let me just say: it’s often booked for a reason! The bed was extremely comfortable, the space had a unique and inviting vibe, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. The laundry machines were modern and surprisingly efficient, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the entire space was quiet—I didn’t hear anything out of the ordinary during my stay. Bennie clearly takes pride in maintaining a high-quality stay. Highly recommend.

Very good place to spend some time in Albuquerque. Neighborhood is very quiet and It’s very close to old town and downtown. We enjoyed the stay in the house as well. House is spacious.

We had an extremely comfortable stay. We arrived at 5pm with 95F outside, but the home was pleasantly cool inside and stayed that way for our entire visit. The swamp cooler was great! Everything was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Lots of open space on shelves and countertops for our things. Very comfortable furniture and linens. We really appreciated the shaded front patio and beautiful back garden with mature trees & shrubs, both of which felt very private. Top notch host! We will be back!

Great stay, easy to find, nice place to stay, the floor could use some work has lots of loose tiles. neighborhood seemed safe i loved the pit bull across the street seemed to be the guard dog for the area he was sweet. someone stayed with pets and they would bark the one night they stayed that wasnt fun. could use so more thorough cleaning human hair around the base of the headboard on the floor. cute place to stay, I would stay again.

The apartment was so cute and comfy. the only thing was the parking as we have a very low van, the door would hit the side walk... other than that it was a great place to stay. I will definitely keep this apartment in mind when we come back if the host decides to let us come back.

Great location and easily walkable to UNM, restaurants and grocery store. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in one of Jimmy's properties again.

Great experience at Myra and Jesse’s place. They were very prompt with their communication and graciously extended our checkout by a few hours. Fantastic location, super close to everything!

Had another great business trip in Albuquerque with my 2nd stay at Thomas’s Casita. Everything went well and Thomas was great as usual. He communicated well throughout my visit and has become a good friend. I look forward to my next visit.

This room is so perfect. I can tell they really care about it because it's so well-thought-out They really maximized this room minimally, if that makes sense. As a cleaning business owner, I really appreciate the cleanliness of this room. That says a lot, because my standard of clean is higher than the average person. I love and admire when people care about their business, and it really shows here in this room. If I come back I would only stay here. It was the best stay experience I've had with any hotel or airbnb.

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. Cute stay! I had a very peaceful night in. It’s very cozy and quiet as well. Albuquerque can be a little wild but this area felt safe and secure, I wasn’t worried about my car overnight or the security of the stay itself. It is located in a good area for walking around and just having a day, there is also a place to eat right across the way if you decide not to cook in. Balcony space was also nice and relaxed a good spot to do some reading or self care/relaxation.

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.
