Such a fun place to stay - as a family of four (kids 10 and 13) we love the beaches at Bovisand. Weather was a bit mixed but didn’t stop us walking to Wembury around the coast path (11km round trip, not too strenuous lovely views with NT tea room at the end), walking to Mountbatten (7/8km round trip- nice cafe at Jennycliff). Choice of two cafes - we liked the Cliff Edge Cafe in particular. Plenty of crockery etc which was great (hate having just 4 of everything). Shower good. WiFi decent. Lots of outside eating space which would be amazing in good weather. Good food at The Mussel Inn (need to book) - 25min walk or 5 min drive. Supermarket (Morrisons) 15 min drive. We look forward to coming back!

My family and I had a fantastic weekend stay at Traine farm cottages. The accommodation had plenty of room for my wife and I and our baby and toddler daughters. All the facilities where very good and more than adequate. A real family freindly spot with great consideration for the kids. Our daughter really enjoyed the farm animals and kids outdoor entertainment. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

We had everything we needed here and really enjoyed our stay. Not only a sea view, but we could even hear the sea. A perfect stopover for coastpath walkers. We enjoyed meeting Rob and Karen. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
