Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

StephRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is exactly what Airbnb should be like. Karen’s place is a home away from home, was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and was great value for money. Karen was extremely helpful and friendly, welcoming us and providing us with lots of ideas of things to do in the area. The kitchen was well thought out with everything a guest would need for a trip away, and there was even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge which made us really feel like we were on holiday. The house is beautiful and really nicely decorated - beds were comfy, bathroom was perfect - we couldn’t fault it. Sign of a good Airbnb? We didn’t want to go home!

Charming Family Farmhouse near Lyme Regis

RossRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Perfect place. Our group of 12 included a 9 month old and grandparents and this house accommodated all... Such a gorgeous house that looks genuinely better than the photos. All 6 bedrooms were comfy, every room in the house beautifully done and the garden great for all. The kids loved the cinema and games room. House very spacious and would definitely come back! Easy 10 minute drive to Lyme Regis and Seaton in a very quiet area.

Fisherman's Hut above beach with sea views

AlistairRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Wonderful, secluded spot. Sitting in the garden watching the sea and listening to the birdlife was so relaxing. Out the back gate and you are straight on the promenade. We ate in a different place each night, none bad, some a lot better than others. Micro brewery is well worth a visit.

Luxurious studio for two with spectacular views

PhilRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Simply wow, this has to be the best Airbnb around! At the end of a country lane is heaven in Devon. Ruth's place is a large studio, perfect for a couple to escape from the city into the peace of the countryside. It's very well appointed for self catering, either in the kitchen or the barbecue area. Everything has been thought about and taken care of. From welcome touches like the pint of milk in the fridge, through to the custom official Ordnance Survey map shows a level of thought, care and perfection I've never seen before. Staying here felt like staying at your own luxury home where you have everything you need, but without any trace of the feeling of clutter some other places can have when they're full of your host's possessions. The hosts afford you total privacy, there if you need anything or want to chat, but leave your to your stay. We ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden, and had a couple of barbecues down on the patio late into the evening.

Cedra Cottage - Vintage Country Hideaway

AlexandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the second time we have stayed at Lucy-Ann’s beautiful cottage and it didn’t disappoint (last time was Xmas/New Year). So much thought and attention to detail go into making this cottage a home from home escape. My 2 year old daughter loved the garden with her own playhouse and many toys to keep her occupied. She loved her own bedroom where Lucy-Ann had chosen books and toys to suit her age. Even the cupboards with board games, paper and many different pens had been carefully selected much to my daughters delight! Even the goodies in the kitchen were such a treat! We were lucky we had such beautiful weather to enjoy the local beaches and could then head back home to enjoy your sunny garden and outdoor seating area where we had BBQ dinners. The location is just stunning, so peaceful and private. There were fruits and vegetables growing in the raised beds that little hands found hard to resist! This is by far the loveliest Airbnb we have ever stayed in and so cosy in all seasons.

Idyllic country house, organic swim pond, hot tub

MillieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

Peaceful eco-retreat in the Devon countryside

JasmineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had amazing stay at Axe Valley View for a long birthday weekend in June. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay with beautiful valley views. We especially loved how wildlife and eco-friendly it was, both inside and out. A short drive to Lyme Regis where we attended the Fossil Festival 2025 and great local hiking routes, including Golden Cap in Bridport. Alison was a lovely and welcoming host and we would highly recommend a visit.
