We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Beautiful private guest suite attached to the main house. This lovely property is in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands. We live within a small estate that is surrounded by the beautiful country side that is also a part of a quaint little town of Cheadle and surrounded by other small towns consisting of boutique shops. You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.

In the wonderful village of Rocester this cosy 2 bed, 3 storey cottage is the perfect base for exploring. A gorgeous open plan living space & newly fitted kitchen leads to a sunny decking area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Butterley Bank Farm - Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.

There is plenty of off-road parking and outside seating space to chill and unwind after a hectic day. The Peak District is within a short drive away.
