Holiday rentals with beach access in Douro River

Nice place right at the beach and about 15/20 from Porto City Center - an easy drive or take an Uber. Plenty of parking upfront. Well thought out rooms and all the amenities - very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

First visit to Porto, can't imagine a better place to stay. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Alexandre is a great host, quick to respond, and gave detailed communication as well as tips about the area. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay while traveling the Camino. The town is so beautiful and David’s place is right in the middle of it all. Close to church and grocery and restaurants and the beach. He was a wonderful host.

we loved the apt and the location was great. met our expectations and loved the light and windows in the living room. bakery, restaurants, shopping all close by. walking distance to the city’s many sights and activities.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön! Toll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung war hervorragend Die Lage ist super zentral. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem Check in der war etwas kompliziert aber hat unterm Strich alles geklappt Immer gerne wieder!

Vi var glade for de 3 uger i Paulas lejlighed. Den er en lys udsigtslejlighed med 2 altaner og "sea view". Meget hjemmeligt at opholde sig i. Beliggende i en rolige gade i Foz kvarteret udenfor Porto Centrum, men alligevel godt beliggende i forhold til transport til byen, strandpromenade, supermarkeder, restauranter og forretninger. Et Andante buskort kan købes på et kommunekontor i nærheden. Parkeringspladsen i kælderen er en vigtig detalje når man bruger bil. Paula er superhurtig til at svare og at løse eventuelle problemer/spørgsmål og hun giver gerne tips, hvis der er behov. Lejligheden er fint udstyret i køkkenet og med et TV med mange programmer on demand. Vi kommer gerne tilbage hertil.

Pobyt u Eleny był wspaniały, niezwykle wygodny. Miejsce ma cudowne widoki na zatokę, jest nieskazitelnie czyste i wygodne. Elena to bardzo miła gospodyni, dzięki której czuliśmy się jak w domu. Piękne doświadczenie i polecam każdemu. Do plaży jest 5 minut

Lo pasamos bárbaro. La vista de la casa es un verdadero placer. Las fotos coinciden totalmente con la realidad. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Magnifique séjour chez Tim et Saartje, des hôtes super accueillants et disponibles. Le logement, un havre de paix au milieu de la nature. Je recommande grandement !

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Marco, idéalement situé face à la mer, à proximité des restaurants et des transports. L’appartement, spacieux et lumineux grâce à sa belle hauteur sous plafond, offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un grand merci à Marco pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieuses recommandations. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai.

Un sitio precioso, tal y como sale en la fotos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, completamente equipado. La comunicación con Ana y su marido fue muy buena, atentos en todo momento. Sin duda un sitio al que volver.

Tudo excelente, nada a reclamar.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

Clean and spacious and quiet. The street is bland but the sea is so near with great beach cafes. Pretty walk to the old city, or a nice bus ride. Ruben was super nice and helpful.

We had a great time staying in O Grove! Great location with close access to everything you need. Pablo was great at communicating beforehand and even when we accidentally locked ourselves out was super speedy to get someone else to let us in. The apartment was great for our needs. It had everything we needed and we really loved using the rooftop that had a great 360 view! We had a good experience and definitely recommend staying here! Overall would recommend

Verdaderamente un alojamiento que merece la pena visitar. Excelente ubicación y vista, un lugar para disfrutar la ciudad de Porto.

This was an absolutely amazing and beautiful location for ourselves and our friends to unwind and enjoy. Miles and Pilar are wonderful hosts, they welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine, which we enjoyed immensely while taking in the spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores were within walking distance, so we had options as to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen or to dine out. Overall we had an outstanding experience and can’t recommend enough!

Lovely stay by the seaside especially great for morning running. Sightseeing in historic Porto via Metro or taxi journeys. We divided our time between the two. Accomodation/building was quiet.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Bardzo mile mieszkanie dla 2 osób, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami - ręczniki, szampon, mydlo, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo mily i pomocny gospodarz, pokazal nam na mapie Porto miejsa warte zwiedzenia, na bieząco odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania - bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieszkanie polożone 500 m od plaży., w bardzo dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym ( metro, autobusy ) Bardzo polecam .

Pro‘s: -Der Blick ist phänomenal!! -Die Lage ist praktisch und zentral (Bus- und Metrohaltestellen in der Nähe) -Großes Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls schöner Blick!) -Genug Platz -in der Küche soweit alles da was man braucht (ein zweiter Topf wäre schön) -Alles war sauber -Es gibt einen Aufzug (Wohnung ist in der 7. Etage) Cons: -Die Lüftung im Bad geht automatisch an am Nachmittag und schaltet sich erst am nächsten Morgen wieder ab. Sie ist sehr laut und wirkt dreckig, außerdem verströmt sie einen unangenehmen Geruch wenn sie läuft. Man sollte die Badtür immer zum Lüften offen haben. -Keine Spülmaschine -Große und laute Baustelle um die Ecke Insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und habe mich wohl gefühlt!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!
