The accommodation is super comfortable and clean, it's just as you see it in the photos. Perfect for a group of 4. The atmosphere is calm. It includes parking, which is a great advantage in an accommodation.

I love the style of the apt You have all what you need to be comfortable . Most stylish place to stay in Santa Rosa so far in my opinion . The only thing is that is next to the street and you may hear the cars passing by . But if that is not an issue to you . It may be the best option

The building is very new and the apartment is fully stocked with plenty of amenities. Easy to access the apartment with a code and a beautiful view to the north, where you can see the 3 churches downtown lit up at night, the cross-topped hill to the left and Santa Rosa in the distance on the right. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Very good place with a beautiful view

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

The apartment was modern, very spacious and comfortable. It had many services that made the stay very pleasant. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything you need, although it is worth noting that it is close to a main road, which can generate some noise. Still, it was an excellent choice and I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

A very good place, with very clean and well-maintained equipment. The complex has large spaces in case you go with children or pets to go out and do activities with them. Well located and the host was very helpful in resolving all issues.

Great quiet place great for long stays

The site was as shown in the photos, highly recommended, quiet, family-friendly place, location, and amenities... It takes an affectionate to the apt to leave it 100/100; but to date it has a 96/100 in its habitability... I'd stay again without hesitation...

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. From the first moment, the host was kind, attentive and always willing to help. The location is perfect, close to several attractions, but quiet enough to rest. What I liked most was the attention to detail, the comfort of the bed and how well equipped everything was. You could tell the care and love with which the place is prepared. Lorena was an exceptional host. Her home provided us with the perfect space to receive the New Year and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house has all the comforts described in the publication, and in any situation that arose, Lorena supported us quickly and efficiently. The set where the house is located is very beautiful, with facilities such as a pool, playground and everything you need for a comfortable stay. From Lorraine's house, we move easily to tourist destinations such as Buga, Panaca, Café Park, Santa Rosa, Armenia and Manizales, all at reasonable distances. Excellent accommodation with a central location to travel to relevant tourist places, such as Filandia, Salento and its Cocora Valley, Calarcá and 5 mi from Armenia. Very good stay, comfortable mattresses and pillows, organized and clean rooms, all the rooms are spacious, well-equipped and spacious kitchen, spacious living room with some well-located and useful gym equipment, spacious and impeccable bathroom and private common areas. Hosts Edwin and Paola are very attentive and helpful, responding quickly to any concerns or requests but always trying to respect privacy.
