Barbara's apartment is very well maintained and excellently equipped. From the kitchen you have access to a small, enchanted and quiet inner city garden, which we enjoyed. Barbara always responded immediately to requests and was extremely friendly and helpful. A great place to stay, we'd love to come back.

Close to rail links, easy to get to Dortmund stadium

The apartment is very nicely decorated and contains everything you could possibly need. Everything was impeccably clean and Ingo was friendly and responsive. The property is well served by public transport.

It was really a lovely and enjoyable stay

very spacious l, clean, quiet. perfect location only 2 subway stops from the train station and minutes from the old city center with shops, outdoor restaurants, and theatre Dortmund. I stayed here twice and would do so again.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It is fully equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Parking at the door. There was some uncertainty about the height of the space, which is alternately 2m05 and 1m75 (under the beams). Easy to do; just walk carefully. In short, it was nice, and we would love to come back!

A very friendly and nice host always responds on calm and helpful way, clean and cute place and comfortable to go to main cities like Düsseldorf since they are many buses and trains in walkable distance. Everything was a 10/10 and will surely come.

We enjoyed the stay in the flat situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well furnished. We loved the homey accents in the house. Thanks also for welcoming us with some local foods for breakfast. We felt right at home.

Was a very nice stay, would gladly stay again

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

We were two for three days in this fantastic penthouse and totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with a sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was super clean, quiet and ideal for relaxing. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
