The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . It can accomodate up to 4 people, it is composed by a large double bedroom that can be converted on request in a twin bedroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Valentina was a great host. Not only she gave lots of valuable tips as well the place was beautiful, it’s just amazing. Very well located, just a few minutes from the train station as well of several landmarks, such as Rialto Bridge, the place itself is by the canal, you can see it from the window, all the amenities you might need, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, hair cream. The bed was amazing, the pillows looked like I was in the clouds. By far the best AirBNB I stayed. The place was ready even before the check-in time (might be lucky, don’t count on that but it happened for us and it was amazing). Thanks for hosting us, it was incredible and of if I ever come back to Venice, I hope this place is available at the time.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

For a first visit to Venice this apartment was a wonderful base for a couple's break. We could escape the crowds (and restaurant prices) when we wanted to, thanks to the outside terrace, where we enjoyed takeaway lunches from nearby delis and bakeries in the sun after a morning of sightseeing, and some glorious sunsets with a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance and for those wanting to get around by water bus, a vaparetto stop is very close by. We found it to be a very quiet area, with some noise from the vaparetto at night with windows open, but the double glazing cut out all noise and the aircon keeps the apartment cool . Communication with Truly Venice was excellent - transfer from the airport via private water taxi was seamless (and amazing!) and our local agent, Anna, met us early, so we could store our bags at the property before check-in. Mobile phone reception and the wifi connection were all very good. A five-star holiday!

Had a wonderful week in Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can easily reach Venice and the locations of the Biennale.

Absolutely fabulous! The apartment was beautifully decorated from top to bottom. A truly skilled and talented designer created such a luxurious space right in the middle of Venice. All high end finishes used throughout including the sumptuous shower garden. Located steps from everything with easy access to transportation options, the apartment offered every amenity needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The host was proactive in all communication and we were met by the agent to provide an overview. Highly recommend this lovely option if you’re wanting an accommodation that is a step above.
