Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . It can accomodate up to 4 people, it is composed by a large double bedroom that can be converted on request in a twin bedroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Beautiful yellow marble bathroom with both bath-tub and shower, free WIFI and linen included. Great place for couples and families!

This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Mehr Venedig geht nicht ❤️ Die Wohnung von Miriam ist ein Traum! Sie ist makellos sauber und wunderschön stylisch eingerichtet. Sie ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Eigentlich fast zu schade die Wohnung für den Besuch der Stadt zu verlassen 😄 wir haben Stunden damit zugebracht vor dem großen Fenster mit Blick auf den Kanal zu sitzen und die Boote zu beobachten. Die Lage ist wunderbar - Restaurants und nette Lokale so weit das Auge reicht, auch wunderbar um den Abend bei einem Gläschen am Kanal ausklingen zu lassen. Miriams Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren ebenfalls ein Gedicht! Wir haben selten so ausgezeichnet gegessen! Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich und wunderschön! Vielen Dank auch für die nette Kommunikation und die hilfreichen Tipps! Wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen 🥰☺️

The location was wonderful! Shops and restaurants right around the corner and not in a very touristy area. There were recommendations for restaurants already there and they offered to help if we needed any. I’d stay here again.

Heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Alessandra. Dakterras was top. Mooi verzorgd appartement, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een badjas! Ligging van het appartement is dichtbij de bootverbinding Palanca. Vandaaruit ben je zo in Venetië en de locaties van de Biënnale.

We have an excellent stay in this property it is in a quiet neighborhood but with very quick access to local restaurants and attractions (including the Peggy Guggenheim) and easy access to the water bus. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venezia.
