Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction stove, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower, and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no odor). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living room. Only outdoor dishwashing liquid/shampoo is allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

You will be staying on a former farm with a listed, 400-year-old barn that we have lovingly renovated. You live on the first floor of the barn with a gable top. From there you have a wonderful view far into Franconian Switzerland. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with large double beds. The building complex has its own entrance with steep stairs.
